When I arrived the lady in reception looked surprised to see me - not a great first impression.
I was then led to a room and told that my therapist would be there soon. The session should have started at 11am but the therapist didn’t arrive until 11.15.
The therapist was great during the session and she worked hard to release the tension in my muscles and was very knowledgable and friendly.
I was expecting to finish at 12.15 to get the full hour I paid for but it finished at 11.55

This place have recruited new staff. Therefore the experience unfortunately is not up to the standard when I first visited.
