It is in the middle of Oxford Street just above a shop. Do not expect for a five star salon as it's far from it. However the service I did get was very helpful and professional. Quick and painless I would recommend if you want a reasonable wax that does its job without much fuss!

I had a Brazilian waxing with Shaz which was quick and pain free, and very nicely done. I asked her if by any chance she could take a look at my eyebrows as I heard of threading but never did it before. She was very lovely and offered it to me for free as it was my first time at West End Beauty Clinic. My eyebrows look amazing!! Shaz is a star! The clinic itself is undergoing some building work so it is still settling but the rooms are clean. Good value!

I went for a bikini waxing and the therapist was really good, it was not as painful as in other places I have had it done and she paid attention to detail. Overall very satisfied and I have kept going back since. Very central location too so I can just pop in on my lunch break.

This is the first time I have ever been asked after an appointment to leave a review on Wahanda. That being said, it really seems like the staff care about how their customers feel. I went in expecting to have a terrible experience after reading some of the reviews from here. You get what you pay for. As much as the facilities were not spot on, the waxing room itself was very clean and comfortable. The therapist, Taran was very nice and gentle. As a frewuent waxer, and out of all the waxes I have gotten on Wahanda, this has been by far the best and I would go back but only ask for Taran. Past experiences I have had skin ripped off me ! You do not need to worry ! I will be looking to book another appointment through them in another 4-5 weeks.
The woman was extremely nice and not awkward in trying to make conversation or avoiding it. She was also very fast and left no hairs. It was a bit hot though.
