The staff could’ve been more friendly, and when doing a service it was as if they were rushing to get to other customers however there was no other customers the shop wasn’t that busy. I don’t remember any of the staff smiling apart from one lady with glasses that was doing someone’s toes. I got waxed and there was still excess on me which she didn’t bother to remove. I don’t think i’d return back.

I don't go anywhere else for my Hollywood waxing. The service here is always great. Quick, almost painless and extremely accurate. I am really happy with this place.
