I had an hour use of the sauna which was great but there wasn't a steam room / steam bath available.
My massage therapist (Maryam) was wonderful - worked out all my knots during a 90 min deep tissue massage.
plenty of water and herbal teas avaiable.
towels robes & slippers available so didn'd need to have bought my own.
All staff were really pleasant.
I'm planning to book another session at end of this month.

Location is perfect, transport to go there is easy, by bus by british rail. Staff are friendly, patient and polite. Wita is very assuring, experienced, very friendly and you can tell she knows what she is doing. I am lucky to have her as my beauty therapist. Well done Wita. See you soon
