Had a lovely day with my sister for her birthday treat. She’s been many times before but this was my first time. We loved it as it has everything you could want compacted together but without feeling small. There was plenty of people there but never felt busy or croweded. The staff were friendly but unfortunately my sisters beautician was a little grumpy & her treatment was a bit all over the place but she still enjoyed it. We will definitely be coming back some day.
A very nice venue. Clean and quiet. The robes however need replacing. Getting threadbare. We booked a spa day with afternoon tea and we had one 30 minute treatment. The treatment itself was lovely, however the hands on massage lasted just 15 mins. I was taken into the relaxation room and left for 8 mins then the treatment of 15 mins then left for the remainder of the time. The £70;each that we paid was not value for money. The staff are lovely, we were looked after and we enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. I wouldn’t recommend this spa because the few facilities that are on offer are not worth £70 each. Afternoon tea was ok. The service was nice however the food was basic. Small scones and sliced cake not even presented on nice china display which you would expect.

The staff are very nice, enjoyed the outdoor hot tubs and the massage chairs. The lava shell massage didn't last the full hour though, which is annoying when spending £75.
