My neck and shoulders are always aiking. Karina suggested ti used warm Bamboo stick to relief tension warming up the effected area. Worked great, the pain releaf is instantanious and worth having. I was advised to extend the treatment to below shoulder blades to further reduce the knots. Thanks Karina
