Rica was really efficient, plus amazing value - she was quick but didn't miss any patches of hair at all, which unfortunately I have experienced at other salons before. I would say a little too much oil at the end but it did get off any wax residue and I easily wiped the excess off.

It was an amazing experience the staff were soo welcoming and polite. Sofia is very gentle and I felt like I was in good hands.
