Jay seemed friendly and sociable. I was happy the appointment was offered to me despite the short notice. My feet did feel better afterwards but I didn’t appreciate the fact that despite circling feet and shins only as areas expected to be treated in the consent form he also touched my knees and area above (mid thighs) a couple of times. I believe explicit consent from me to do this should have been obtained or he should have explained the reason why he felt it was necessary prior to doing it.
