Walked in, was barely acknowledge therefore I had to prompt staff members and tell them I had an appointment. Was told to take a sit though there wasn't any available space with towels and boxes piled on top of chairs. A staff member cleared a chair for me though I was still made to wait after my appointment time and not promptly seen. I left before recieving my haircut.

So pleased with my visit, booked last minute, and Natalie took such care in lightening my hair, so much passion and enthusiasm........ Lovely lady, hair looks great, made me feel great! Will be back soon for my next colour xxxx
I absolutely loved it at Retro Room. The hairdresser was absolutely lovely, more than enthusiastic and did such an amazing job. My hair looked like it was beyond repair and like so much had to be cut off to make a good haircut, but she rescued my hair and gave me such a great haircut without losing too much of my length.
Can only recommend!
