I had a wonderful facial, staff were very friendly and the therapist extremely professional, have awarded 5 stars and will definitely be returning !

I find it very strange to write this review as i had both good and bad experience...
I made this purchase early Feb for the treatment at the end of Feb, prior to my appointment, I confirmed it via email and whatsapp, but despite all that, on the date of my appointment i was told they didnt have my booking! I spent one hour traveling from work then waited for 30mins before they told me they didnt have my booking, with the further 15mins trying to resolve this, i basically wasted 2 hours for nothing at that place. Anyway, we finally came to the agreement and i went back weeks later for the treatment, to my surprise , as I really didnt expect anything from there after all that, my body exfoliation was quite thorough and the massage was rather nice, it was a very good treatment i must say although we had started on the wrong foot.
The venue is too far for me to travel anyway although i thought if the treatment was very good , i wouldnt mind to travel again but i guess i wouldn't be bother with this one as I couldn't get over with the attitude i got at first when i was wrongly accused i didnt confirm the appointment...

Dear Beverly, or Miss Lin as your name was on the voucher. I'm really sorry I have to answer to you but this review is so inappropriate. If you bother to read the voucher you bought its stated very clear there you have to call a phone number to book and give your voucher number. Even if the phone number is a mobile number and yes, it has a WhatsApp account, you shouldn't feel comfortable enough to contact me that way.
You called to book and instead of providing the voucher code as anybody else you decided to send it via WhatsApp the next day. Well, the WhatsApp is not for customers is for my personal use.
Now... 'if the treatmentwas very good , I wouldnt mind to travel again but i guess i wouldn't be bother with this one as I couldn't get over with the attitude i got at first when i was wrongly accused i didnt confirm the appointment'...nobody acussed you din't confirm the appointment. IN fact yourself could NOT REMEMBER you sent the voucher picture until few days after when you found the history on whatsapp. And you did not find any problem texting me at 21:38 in night. Again I said nothing as... well the customer is always wright.
Now about the treatment. Wasn't good enough... You bought the cheapest treatment we are having in the menu. Wahanda paid £10, you paid the rest.
At your initial body exfoliation, body mask and facial, I added a 1 hour full body massage just to make it up to you.
Now. I am sorry you couldn't get over the attitude. Must still feel very heavy that even after a month you had the 'not good enough treatment' you still remember to leave the review. Anonymously ;)

Your comment did make me laugh...
-you probably forgot ...as you might be too busy to reply and defer all the bad reviews you got, it was YOU who initially told me to whatsapp the voucher to you for the code number as I thought it is 2014 now using social media for contact is very common, and I thought by leaving your mobile tel on the voucher which means that can be contacted by anyone, I didn't know it was your private number!! and we all know whatsapp is like email, you don't have to reply straight away by simply ignore it and message can be sent with no timeline!!!
-yes I paid £30 for the treatment and wahanda paid £10 just because for years I have spent so much money via this agent and that is their way of saying thank you for spending all these money on them, but please do not forget, spending £30 in Harley street is probably considered a cheapskate but at your business venue is just 'reasonable'.
-anyway, for what I know even a free- of- charge local GP will text you twice to remind your booking, I don't understand why we , for being private customers have to chase for service.
Last but not least, I think all your comments have said it all about your attitude! I gather you must be running a 'Business Prevention Program' as the way you deal or dealt with your customers is clearly unprofessional and after reading all that, I am not sure someone would be crazy enough to have treatment with you!

Really great treatments -perfect for those in need of a pampering 'SOS'. My treatment started about 20 minutes late, but the therapist more than made up for it with her great massage skills and knowledgeable advice, so overall I wouldn't hesitate to book again or recommend to others.

The treatment I bought through groupon was totally misleading. "Clients can choose between a relaxing Chill Out and an energising Wake Up massage, both lasting one hour. Both also use Elemis products, including aromatherapeutic oils, which are designed to help instil each massage’s intended effects". So when I went there they told me that they don't offer aromatherapy massage and the treatment through the groupon coupon is 15min for the cream application on your body and then they put you in a machine that works with pressures and it's like you are wearing a full costume. I am not sure how they clean that for each one that goes there. Furthermore, it is not full body massage. It is stomach and below so you cannot sell it as a full body massage. Last but not least the environment there has nothing to do with the pictures on the advert. It is a white tiny room which can bearly fit 2 people. I had a clistophobic attack and I left within 15min and contacted the groupon customer support. So if you want to try it be my guest. I wouldn't suggest this to anybody and that's why I am writing the feedback. Thanks.

You bought a Groupon Voucher, right?
Does it say on your voucher that the massage is done by hand? no!
You had a massage done by a machine. The machine can be set up in order to provide a relaxing massage, a strong one, lymphatic, very smooth or many other types.
You were booked at 1.30pm. At 2.10 min, so after 40 min of your treatment, the therapist who did your treatment knocked at my door as I was with another customer saying you were very rude with her and asking me to solve the problem. When I came in the room you were having your treatment, do you remember what you said? That you had a panic attack. AND THAT IT HAPPENED BEFORE. We are not trained to give or to deal with people health problems.
When I asked you if you want to have something else done in the time left what did you said? NO, because all you want is to go out!
Even in evening when I talk with you on phone you repeated you had panic attack and that happened before. Anyway..
You bought a Groupon voucher. I have no access to groupon page. They decide what picture they use, in fact nobody from Groupon ever put their foot in the salon. So, before leaving reviews about the venue I suggest you to give it a research to understand how this works.
Your claustrophobic attack came a bit latter not after 15 min. At least 40 min.
Now...and this is the worse thing and I can't even believe you came up with that!!! You're not sure if we clean the costume.The costume does not touch the skin directly. You probably haven't noticed that either.
But, Vasiliki / Vassia... when you had your panic attack and you start pulling the costume out by yourself all the oil you had on your skin under the wrap went inside the costume. The therapist had to wash it and not only that, but we had to put it for 2 hours under a UV light, that's how we sterilized the equipment. Means that the next 3 customers had to be canceled last moment.
We all want to thank you for that! And for taking the time to review!

You don't have to write in block capitals like you are yelling at me because there is no point. 13.30pm was my appointment yes but I had to wait, then as i mentioned before I had the 15min hand massage with the cream and then put on the machine which I am sure I didn't stay more than 10min. So the 40min that you mentioned I was on the grounds of residential beauty not in the machine obviously. As I told you before I just had one episode before, 4 years ago so it is not a health issue that I normally have. Since you are not trained and you don't know what happened to me at the time you are not aware that someone with a clistophobic attack cannot stay inside because of tachycardia (high HR) and a general panic feeling so ofcourse I couldn't take any other treatment while being on this state.Finally, I wasn't rude with the therapist, I just told her my opinion about the treatment that it was very uncomfortable and not relaxing. About the costume, yes it does touches the skin directly as you provided me with an option to put a transparent film or not but the feet were in the costume without any film. So if I hadn't chosen the film I guess it would be touching the skin directly as it did in the feet. I am sorry I was pulling it but at that time I was feeling very confined and my HR was really high so I couldn't wait. I didn't do it because I wanted you to cancel your appointments or to be intimidating to the therapist. Anyway since you answered back, I would just mention again how poor the communication was between us and that it is you who is being rude because I said my opinion which happened to be negative. So no need to thank me about anything. The way you speak it just shows the kind of treatment you offer. Anyway, thank you for your time and just to mention that groupon did refund me so no worries.

Dear Residential Beauty
Please stop thinking you can make everybody happy otherwise you'll end up working in a zoo.
I had many beauty treatments before and I am able to MAKE THE DIFFERENCE. Your treatments and packages are as good as the ones I had in very expensive spas.
I'm also a subscriber on your blog and I am impressed with all the work and the effort you're doing to post regularly.
Please stop doing this extremly cheap offers as you're just wasting yourself on people they can't even

The place is great and the treatment exceptional, especially the facial. However, I came with a Groupon voucher for a massage, facial and body wrap and the treatment described on Groupon was different than the one I got. The description of the package was misleading, that's why I was a bit confused when I finished the treatment -which, as I said, was really good anyway...but not what I expected! I think the staff should check that out, just to avoid disappointments, that's all! Anyway, great place!

I booked the following treatment (listed on Wahanda as one treatment that takes 1 hour): ‘Body Exfoliation, Body Mask, Body Thermal Wrap, Hydro Facial, Neck and Shoulder Massage’. Unfortunately I left really unsatisfied. There was no exfoliation, the ‘body thermal wrap’ is actually use of a lymphatic drainage machine which at times was uncomfortable and the ‘Hydro Facial, Neck and Shoulder Massage’ was oil being massaged into my face and neck for 10 minutes. I didn’t feel any benefits following the treatment and believe it is definitely not as advertised. The staff were nice however the lady who carried out my treatment did not have great English and there was confusion when I asked questions about the lymphatic drainage machine and aftercare.

The lady who carried out your treatment is a new member of our team and she was confused by a last minute customer swapping and gave you a totally different treatment. I realize that the moment you stepped out the shop. Tried to call you few times to reschedule your treatment and give you the one you paid for but unfortunately nobody answered. As you used the online booking, I'm not sure the phone number you listed there is the correct one therefore I'll have to ask you to give us a call and you'll be rescheduled asap.

It was amazing! I highly recommend HDC! The staff is very friendly, everything is clean and warm! And for me the most wonderful was the treatment! I really enjoyed it and I am pretty sure that I will repeat again :)

This is a nice calm venue which is located in the basement. The therapist is very attentive and professional. The room is small but has everything that is needed for the treatment. I would recommend this venue if you are interested in receiving very good treatment, it is not a venue where you can relax afterwards.
