I arrived on time for my appointment but the shop wasn’t open yet, I phoned and they arrived to open shortly after. The staff member I had this time was different and wasn’t as attentive as usual. My nails were filed but not much.

This time I really didn’t have a good experience at this nail salon. Was not seen by the technician I booked, and my appointment instead of 30 min took 1h15. The delay impacted other clients who were waiting to be seen, and the 2 technicians started juggling between clients instead of finishing one at the time, making everyone late. No apologies offered at all. Nails were not great as before as they were rushing to do the job. You need to review your slots as this is not meeting expectations.
