After I paid for a full head tint (£55) I was told that only included the roots and no blow dry. I complained and was offered a blast but then she was suprised when I demanded I leave with dry hair. The session was supposed to take 45 minutes and it took over an hour and a half
Hair Colouring
The place is conveniently located near Waterloo and Shane is a very attentive and nice technician. I was offered a coffee while getting my nails done which I thought was a nice touch. The gel nails look great hopefully they will last long (I'm 2 days in). All in all would highly recommend.
Other Nail Extensions & Overlays
Quick friendly service. Had eyebrows threaded for the first time and very pleased with the results. No pain or swelling and beautiful tidy eyebrows with a good shape.
Eyebrow Threading
Sadly this was the worst shellac manicure I've ever had - some nails were lumpy and thick, some didn't cover the whole nail bed, and it started to chip after 3 days (mine usually last for 3 weeks). The technician was really lovely so I do feel bad but I would never go back here for nails ever.
Other Nail Extensions & Overlays
I went in just a few hours before. They really took the time to help me with my hair, choose a style, consider options, and the cut itself was a great success. It wasn't quick, but I wasn't in a hurry, either. I definitely recommend them if you like me want some good advice and aren't just looking for a quick trim.
