Deep cleansing facial was thorough, but a bit rough (as she massaged over my eyes and mouth rather than around, cleanser and scrub got in my eyes and mouth which was uncomfortable)
Rose water at the end made my skin sting
On the positive she did 3 rounds each of cleanser and scrub so very thorough and steam before extractions felt nice

I had a great first time experience at this salon. Very friendly and excellent customer service. I’m such a baby when it comes to Hollywood waxing but the lady was very patient with me and made my experience easier than I thought! Would definitely come back again.
