Happy with my daughters haircut, it was a very busy Saturday, so had to wait a while, but guy cut my daughters hair well no she was happy.
Overall I was quite disappointed with my recent experience at Rapport, 20 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start, I was still waiting to be seen and nobody had informed me why I was waiting or when I would be seen. I had to ask when I would be seen and then I had my hair washed and eventually cut. I was then informed that a member of staff had not come in to work on that day and this was why they were behind however I feel that I should have been told this when I came in rather than them leaving me waiting. I was happy with the haircut and the blow dry however I would not have been happy to pay full price due to the initial hold up.

Very friendly team lovely calm atmosphere spent much more time than expected correcting the colour of my hair , very happy with end result and will be returning for further treatments for sure already rebooked hair ,also recommended shampoo to help my hair repair overall very happy with visit
