I have been visiting Amy for many years now. She is incredible and really tunes into the body's needs. I have travelled alot and experienced numerous massages in different places but she is in my opinion The BEST. And each time i visit she still gives 100%. any knots i have are always dissolved by the time i leave. She also benefits from an amazing sense of humour and is warm and always genuinely friendly.

First class therapist providing excellent value for money. Very professional, Lovely manner. Asked all the right questions. I knew immediately that she would be effective.
She untangled troubling knots and checked with me throughout the session if the pressure was within my pain threshold.
Most importantly she listened to where I needed her to zone in on, and clearly didn't give me a massage by rote.
What could have been better? Aftercare advice, I guess. Would have been good to be told how I could help to avoid those untangled knots and released tensions from returning.
All in all an hour very well spent.

Don't be fooled- Tucked away in Alfred Leisure Centre this is an absolute secret sanctuary! My massage was incredible and I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
