Really welcoming but I had to ask for my massage that came with the lash lift lift was odd. They said they presumed I didn't want it but I'm glad I asked because it was a lovely massage, albeit very short.

I paid for 40 mins and I got massaged for around 20/25 mins of that time. From walking in the door to getting unchanged, a chat with my consultant before AND after massage and then collecting my jacket I was in there for a total of 39 mins
