I've visited many salons and specialists over the years but have never met a therapist as knowledgeable and supportive as Norah. I have melasma and subaceous hyperplasia, both of which my doctor and a dermatologist said nothing could be done about. I visited Norah through a friend's recommendation about 12 months ago and have been amazed both by her knowledge about the skin and the personalised nature of her treatments. I certainly agree with one of the other reviews, which says 'facial' doesn't do justice to the nature of the treatment she provides. In the last 12 months my skin has improved dramatically; I regularly receive compliments about how good it looks and have seen a real improvement in both of my skin conditions. In addition to that, the treatments are just that, a real treat. Calming and relaxing, with specialised products and techniques tailored for my skin, I really look forward to my monthly visit. Absolutely superb value for money - going for that first visit was the best decision I've made!

Pure Face Works is the best salon to visit if you want a relaxing and peaceful treatment at the hands of a real expert in the world of facials. Norah is always calm and welcoming - the time goes too quickly and you notice the huge difference in your skin straight away. Please visit and try it for yourself!
My first facial with Norah was given as a birthday present from a friend who has regular facials and had raved about her! I absolutely adored it, and now have regular facials too. 'Facial' doesn't really do justice to the depth of knowledge Norah had about the skin. It's her passion and she attends conferences on all the latest treatments and developments. What I love is that Norah uses and recommends products that are completely natural and chemical-free BUT that also use all the latest anti-aging technology too! The session itself is pure relaxation (the facial massage is a wonder!) and I come out with glowing skin. I now order all of my skincare products from Norah based on her analysis of my skin, and I have never had such good skin. It also means I don't waste money on trying new products to 'see' if they live up to the hype - so it's a money saver too!! I honestly can't recommned Norah highly enough...and she is such a lovely person too! She really cares about her work and her clients. For me it is a wonderful investment in my skin and my wellbeing.
