I'm pleased enough with the results, but my appointment took 3.5 hours, nearly 4 if you include the fact that the stylist was late.

This venue was dirty, the blow wave didn’t even last a day and the hairdresser lacked confidence. Such a shame

The second manicure was 45 minutes late and didn't like the manicure.... sorry. I finally didn't get a shellac, only 2 manicures. can I be refund, for the price of two manicure. 10£ refund please? thank you very much.
