Privato is a great choice. They provided suggestions for my color, and listened to my needs as well. Everyone in the studio was very nice, and very accommodating to fit me in the day after my Wahanda purchase. I will definitely recommend Privato to friends, and Im very happy with my first wahanda and Privato experience.
Lovely, friendly staff - offered me a glass of wine to enjoy with my haircut. Quick and efficient salon service. I would recommend Privato to anyone looking for a relaxed, lovely environment and reliable hairdressers.
I booked my haircut and blow-dry, through Wahanda not expecting the amazing service I received. I left the salon feeling a million dollars and have nothing but positive reviews! Oliver and co. were absolutely lovely and saw to my every need. I would recommend the salon those in the area. x
I was quite disappointed in my treatment at Privato nails, I visited in September for gel nails and I thought the experience was ok, definitely not worth the money. I expected much more. On the good side - there's lots of gel nail colours to choose from, the nails were very well manicured, it's beautifully decorated and in a great location in the centre of Primrose Hill. On the bad side - the UV machine is very dodgy, it doubled the length of my treatment time as it didn't work 50% of the time, the therapist (Danielle?) was stand offish and didn't chat at all and the chair I was sitting on was great for style but not comfortable. Not worth the money, there's better places out there.

The vibe in the salon is calming, inviting and hip without being pretentious. They offer you tea and water while you're waiting!
I get my hair cut by Oliver and he is AMAZING. I started seeing him four month ago and my hair was in awful condition--he helped me nurse it back to health and made it look amazing in the process, giving me productive, do-able tips for hair care that I could manage without spending hours in the morning. I wouldn't have thought I could rock bangs without his confidence! I just got a cut from Vinnie while Oliver was out of town and she's also so talented. She made me feel special on my birthday and even though we fought about the length of my fringe, my hair feels and looks healthier than ever! These people rock Primrose - Hill. "
