Do not attend this salon! Your money will be far better spent elsewhere. I bought a hair treatment based on the excellent-sounding description on their page and received NOTHING like what was described. The therapist barely said hello to me for a start. She was unable to communicate clearly what she was going to do; she informed she would apply a machine to my head but couldn't tell me clearly what it aims to achieve. There is not even a mention of this machine in the treatment description! She was also supposed to inspect my hair, give me specific advice for my hair, and apply specific products for my hair type. All I seemed to get was a generic oil application, machine, and a not very good massage. Basically, this salon seems to use false advertising to lure people in, take their money for very sub-par treatments, and then provide even worse customer service when I complained. The manager refused to accept that I had not received what I was entitled to and what I had paid for, as if he was somehow present during my treatment session, and only kept repeating something about 'I was treated within guidelines'...?...again poor communication....
Don't be fooled by the nice exterior...this place does not live up to expectations, and their offer for me to return for a free treatment wasn't exactly accepted with open arms....why should they expect a customer to return when they have completely failed to deliver the first time??? beats me...
Also, don't be surprised if you're plunged into darkness on entering salon...they don't seem to like using lights...mood lighting taken way too far... and I literally could only make out the outline of things around me....very peculiar.

This was the worst massage I have ever received. There was no one at reception. I waited there for about 15 minutes. The male receptionist came out and said the masseuse has just finished a treatment and offered to give the massage in her place. I requested a female masseuse. She finally came out. By the time she started, we were 20 minutes past my appointment time. She did not seem professional at all; she did not seem to use any trained techniques (I have had plenty of massages before). I came out only to realise that what was supposed to be an hour long massage was actually done in 40 minutes. I then went to use the toilet and it looked very run down without any toilet paper; I could not even use it. I felt very cheated by my massage being shortened by such an extent and the whole experience was terrible.

Great attention, the Aryuvedic doctor really took the time to understand my body and it's needs beyond the head massage. Thank you

Great massage and doctor taught techniques of self-massage. I came with a headache and left without any pain. I will recommend to my friends

The massage was great. However, I was waiting for a long time (felt like 10-15 min) between the consultation and the massage.

Very impressed with the service. Was given feedback about my general health and ways to improve it. Felt a lot more relaxed after the Deep Tissue Massage. Thank you.

Good massage. Firm but not painful, which is quite an art to achieve and few therapists can achieve this. Ambiance wasn't that great, but if you're after a good massage for a low price, its a good option.

I had an aromatherapy massage. They gave me a consultation at the beginning which I thought was unnecessary. The massage was ok. I've had better ones in London.

I had an Indian Head Massage and was so impressed by the results. The guy who did it was brilliant, he really knew what he was doing. Although painful at times during the actual massage, I'm glad I trusted his advice that it was the best way to get rid of the stress I'd been holding, because I definitely felt lighter afterwards and couldn't stop smiling all weekend! Also, my boyfriend and family told me I looked glowing and this radiance in my skin also lasted for the whole weekend. Will definitely be going back.

It's worth trying the indian massage in general and the therapist seems to know what he's doing. Special. But not with enough pressure. Very good customer service. And they have homeopathic medicine to go with the treatment which is useful.

Very disruptive as male therapist was constantly attending to other customers during massage, this was not a relaxing experience at all. The advice given at the end was good but overall not satisfactory.

There was nobody at the reception desk when we arrived so we were taken into the room late. The therapist i had appeared untrained in massage, no prior consultation done and unfamiliar with good customer service. Although the second therapist was better the overall experience was rushed and did not feel relaxing.

It is a bit hot in the treatment room which wasn't very comfortable. Also the therapist talks too much. However my friend went and she said her masage was quite good.

The place itself is tucked away under a shop. There was some confusion over my appointment time but the staff were friendly and make sure to accommodate me. The place is very basic, the massage proficient, so overall I felt that it was good value for money. An Ayurvedic doctor popped in before the treatment to give me a quick emotional and physical diagnosis before the massage, which was an unexpected but nice touch.

The clinic is inside the pharmacy, at the back. No problem. What I hadn't realised, as I don't think previous reviews (at the time I went) mentioned it, was that the therapist was male. I've only had a few massages before, all by women, so I was a bit surprised and apprehensive. Obviously, it turned out I didn't need to be. He was excellent. He correctly diagnosed what my problem was without me saying a word and advised me of what foods to stay away from, as well as a a herbal tea that would help. The massage itself was excellent. And for anyone unsure about having a man massage them, he massaged my back, neck and shoulders, lower arms to elbows, lower legs to knees, and head, so I felt no awkwardness. All in all, would highly recommend.

The venue is located within the same building as a chemist, BUT the street is very well numbered and you can clearly see the sign for the venue as soon as you look inside the chemist. It's very nicely appointed, with plenty of reception room - certainly one of the best waiting areas I've seen in a salon. The gentleman doing my massage was VERY good and obviously knew what he was doing. I went for the massage to relieve back / shoulder strain, rather than it just being a treat, and it did the job exactly. I had the massage four days ago and I'm still feeling the benefits.

The only thing I'd change is to possibly have a little background music on in the room.

All in all I would thoroughly recommend, it's excellent value for money, and very possible one of the best massages I've ever had (and I've had a lot!). I will certainly be booking this again.

Whilst one is a little confused to find that the clinic is accessed through a chemists, as others have mentioned. This is a small point. The clinic is nicely appointed and welcoming. My therapist was great and was able to identify my specific issues quickly. I arrived strung out and ratty and left balanced and peaceful. Great value for money!

Very satisfied! Recently i had many personal problems and lets say i was out of balance. The day i was going to take the treatment (which by the way was a gift from my friend ) i was filling nervous and anxious. At the beginning i was confused as i couldn't find the place as its at the back of the pharmacy and there was no sign on the road. The saloon was nice and clean . The massage itself was an amazing experience- honestly the best i had inn my life till now - my therapist first had a chat with me checked my energy levels and advised me small changes to my diet which should help cure my anxiety as well as i was advised to get a 100% natural herbal tea which was made in the ground floor pharmacy. The massage was very nice- and most importantly i felt really relaxed and happy by the time i got out of the clinic. For the first time in my life i had impression that the person doing the massage really knows what he is doing - it was really therapeutical and really helped to lift up my bad moods. I will definitely come back and i'm advising to all of my friends who need a bit of physical up lift to do the same.
