There wasn't anybody at reception when I arrived so not great first impressions. I took a seat and after about 10mins a young male therapist came out of a treatment room and attended to me. The massage was excellent and he was very informative of further treatment to help me - I have booked to return!

Omg this place is awesome. It is located under the Berkeley Court Pharmacy, so it can be missed easily if you are not familiar with the area.
I am a bit over weight and have been feeling down and lethargic lately. A friend of mine suggested deep tissue massage and I found a good deal on Wahanda for this spa prana. I got there half an hour early and requested if they could take me in earlier and they did. My therapist was an Osteopath/Acupuncturist/Ayurveda doctor, Young but very knowledgeable. We talked about my health issues for 5 mins and started the deep tissue massage. Firm but not painful. After the massage I felt lot better. However, he suggested that I should book a session with him in the following week, which I did and trust me that was the best decision I made. I have been wanting to lose some weight but due to hectic work schedule I never have time and I have tried most of the diets that never works like most of us did. But with his diet, his lymphatic massages and tips I feel great, full of energy, lost 6 kilos in 2 weeks and I have 8 more kilos to go. Haven't been so positive in a long time.
I would recommend this place to everyone and lucky if you can get the young male doctor, truly a life changer.

Great experience, one of the best massages I have ever had! The place is located in a basement but it is very easy to find, great location just accross Baker Street underground.
I arrived 10 minutes late but they accommodated me without hesitation. I felt very relaxed and staff were very friendly.
I loved the massage and I think is a great value for money. I was given the choice of a male / female therapist.
The spa is nicely decorated throughout. I will definitely come back! Thank you

Great attention, the Aryuvedic doctor really took the time to understand my body and it's needs beyond the head massage. Thank you

Great massage and doctor taught techniques of self-massage. I came with a headache and left without any pain. I will recommend to my friends

The massage was great. However, I was waiting for a long time (felt like 10-15 min) between the consultation and the massage.

Very impressed with the service. Was given feedback about my general health and ways to improve it. Felt a lot more relaxed after the Deep Tissue Massage. Thank you.

Good massage. Firm but not painful, which is quite an art to achieve and few therapists can achieve this. Ambiance wasn't that great, but if you're after a good massage for a low price, its a good option.

I had an aromatherapy massage. They gave me a consultation at the beginning which I thought was unnecessary. The massage was ok. I've had better ones in London.

I had an Indian Head Massage and was so impressed by the results. The guy who did it was brilliant, he really knew what he was doing. Although painful at times during the actual massage, I'm glad I trusted his advice that it was the best way to get rid of the stress I'd been holding, because I definitely felt lighter afterwards and couldn't stop smiling all weekend! Also, my boyfriend and family told me I looked glowing and this radiance in my skin also lasted for the whole weekend. Will definitely be going back.

It's worth trying the indian massage in general and the therapist seems to know what he's doing. Special. But not with enough pressure. Very good customer service. And they have homeopathic medicine to go with the treatment which is useful.

Very disruptive as male therapist was constantly attending to other customers during massage, this was not a relaxing experience at all. The advice given at the end was good but overall not satisfactory.

There was nobody at the reception desk when we arrived so we were taken into the room late. The therapist i had appeared untrained in massage, no prior consultation done and unfamiliar with good customer service. Although the second therapist was better the overall experience was rushed and did not feel relaxing.

It is a bit hot in the treatment room which wasn't very comfortable. Also the therapist talks too much. However my friend went and she said her masage was quite good.

The place itself is tucked away under a shop. There was some confusion over my appointment time but the staff were friendly and make sure to accommodate me. The place is very basic, the massage proficient, so overall I felt that it was good value for money. An Ayurvedic doctor popped in before the treatment to give me a quick emotional and physical diagnosis before the massage, which was an unexpected but nice touch.

The clinic is inside the pharmacy, at the back. No problem. What I hadn't realised, as I don't think previous reviews (at the time I went) mentioned it, was that the therapist was male. I've only had a few massages before, all by women, so I was a bit surprised and apprehensive. Obviously, it turned out I didn't need to be. He was excellent. He correctly diagnosed what my problem was without me saying a word and advised me of what foods to stay away from, as well as a a herbal tea that would help. The massage itself was excellent. And for anyone unsure about having a man massage them, he massaged my back, neck and shoulders, lower arms to elbows, lower legs to knees, and head, so I felt no awkwardness. All in all, would highly recommend.

The venue is located within the same building as a chemist, BUT the street is very well numbered and you can clearly see the sign for the venue as soon as you look inside the chemist. It's very nicely appointed, with plenty of reception room - certainly one of the best waiting areas I've seen in a salon. The gentleman doing my massage was VERY good and obviously knew what he was doing. I went for the massage to relieve back / shoulder strain, rather than it just being a treat, and it did the job exactly. I had the massage four days ago and I'm still feeling the benefits.

The only thing I'd change is to possibly have a little background music on in the room.

All in all I would thoroughly recommend, it's excellent value for money, and very possible one of the best massages I've ever had (and I've had a lot!). I will certainly be booking this again.

Whilst one is a little confused to find that the clinic is accessed through a chemists, as others have mentioned. This is a small point. The clinic is nicely appointed and welcoming. My therapist was great and was able to identify my specific issues quickly. I arrived strung out and ratty and left balanced and peaceful. Great value for money!
