Cancelled my appointment after the start time when I had been in the waiting room for half an hour, travelled for over and hour to get there, spent money on fuel and parking and had prepaid the appointment in full

The venue is beautiful and spotlessly clean. From the minute I walked through the door, I was greeted by a member of staff and made to feel very welcome. Fernando is a very professional, she is caring and talks you through everything that she is doing, ensuring you are comfortable at all times.
