I had a quite simple haircut and it was well done. Really enjoyed the head massages while washing my hair. My only negative comment is that I booked on the day and I picked a time slot that worked for me but I received a call a few hours later asking to come half hour earlier because they were fully booked at the time I chose. I managed to do it, but this added a bit of stress because I don't work close by, so I had to leave work early to be able to make it (they said that if I arrived more than 10 min late they wouldn't be able to see me on that date (10 min late meant still 20 min earlier of the time I had booked). I dont know if this was a one off incident or if maybe they need to coordinate better with Treatwell so the available slots are properly updated on real time. I still would give them a good rating because everything was great except from that

Charlie is honestly the best stylist that has ever worked with my hair! He took such care, focus and precision. Amazing skills also. Very warm, kind person - I would definitely go back just for him! I believe he's a huge credit to your salon. The ladies on reception/non-hairstylists aren't so lovely - it was visible that they were walking around bored (although there was plenty to do - salon was busy and there was brushing needed doing, and that's just from my third party point of view) and one lady made sure I knew that she was very tired and that she had to work a long shift that day - pretty much all she said to me! However, I wouldn't let that put you off because the stylists work very hard and I didn't see one haircut i didn't like while I was there! I have already told all my friends Charlie is the go-to.
