Lovely salon friendly and helpful staff very relaxing and clean, I had a standard bikini wax, okay result however not as thorough as I would like odd hairs left behind.. Would be the perfect place for a relaxing massage.

It was the first time I've been to this place and it won't be the last! My masseuse made me feel comfortable and relaxed, which I think is extremely important with any massage. It was also the first time I've had an Indian Head Massage, so can't compare it to any others, but she definitely worked out some kinks in my muscles. Definitely hit the spot after a long week in the office!

I've visited Bamboo Health & Beauty in the Southside Shopping Centre a few times and have always left feeling relaxed, revived and refreshed. The massages - I have had a sports massage and a deep tissue massage - are incredible. I like a hard massage, and it's very rare that I am satisfied with the intensity, but the therapists there have always got it right. Having had facials for most of my adult life, I have struggled to find somewhere in London that offers a decent facial - like those that I am accustomed to from South Africa which include extraction. The facial that I was treated to at Bamboo Health & Beauty was exactly what I was hoping for and I can highly recommend them. Additionally, I have also visited PhysioEdge for physiotherapy treatments. The staff are highly trained and very professional. It's great that the clinic offers the physio, the pilates and yoga, as well as a beauty side - a one stop shop really. I'd definitely recommend Bamboo Health & Beauty, as well as PhysioEdge.

That was the best massage I've had in a long time! The therapist was excellent and I liked the amount of pressure she used.
