The beautician was very sweet but didn't seem to know what she was doing - I had booked a brazilian but she did basically an extended bikini wax, definitely not what I had booked, but I was in a rush so just accepted that from them. It wasn't worth the money spent and I've had better waxes elsewhere. The staff are lovely and friendly though - perhaps they are better for massages and other treatments.
Sandra was absolutely fantastic! I had a short consultation with her before the massage started to go over my problem areas and this definitely wasn't a massage to just 'go through the motions'. By the end my muscles felt released and relaxed. Great pressure and communication throughout, plus some exercises at the end to help relieve future tension. I will definitely be returning!
Friendly, clean and calm venue (this is not a spa, more of a health club) but not great for a pedicure. The lady was very nice but did the whole thing with my foot up on her knee whilst I was sat in an uncomfortable tub chair. A very uncomfortable hour later I left with tidy toes but wishing I hadn't bothered as my legs and back ached. She also wasn't very organised, forgot what she was doing a couple of times and asked me what I wanted as opposed to having any kind of plan - so it didn't feel very luxury at all. For an hour's pedi you expect to be able to drift off a little but this felt anything but luxury.
really happy with the whole experience, really lovely staff and a total treat.
I had booked in for a treatment that wasn't relevant for my skin and the therapist made a better suggestion and I'm really happy with the results.
