I had trouble finding the place first but in the end got there. The waxing was absolutely fine and the staff were very nice. My therapist was obviously very experienced and it was painless. It was all clean and and they had everything they needed but their facilities felt quite temporary. Guess you dont really need a lot for a leg wax anyway but I was missing the relaxing spa atmosphere.

On walking into the building I wasn't sure if I was in the right place but actually when I found the fish spa it was wonderful and I was quite relieved. Went there last night and it was very good and the staff were welcoming. The fish tickles a lot at first but I got used to it. Will be returning

Visited this evening, was really lucky as I called up at the last minute and they managed to squeeze me in for 45 minutes. It was lovely and tickled lots at first but I felt really relaxed after that. The green tea was a nice touch and my feet feel very soft now

Well, I must say that I hate hate fish and was very scared but the staff were so friendly and one person who I think is the manager was really encouraging and she told me how she was scared as well the first time. I liked the comfty waiting area and when I had the pedicure that was so good.

Was a bit apprehensive to try this but the staff were really encouraging and after the first tickle sensation that lasts for a minute or so I really enjoyed it. Feet were definitly left a lot softer and I will go again

Hi,
I went to perfect beauty with my girlfriend (she had a fish mobdeal voucxher which she found very pleasant).
I paid full price for a 60 minute massage to kill the time and it was so so good. Therapist is very good at what she does.
Thanks

Paid £22 for the 30 minute fish pedicure on Wahanda - really good value for money, at the other nice venues it is about £40 for this time. Then had a pedicure, top job!

Cosy is what I would describe this place. The therapist was really friendly, and we had a chat about how much extractions I needed especially around my nose and jaw. She was really meticulous and I would definitely return to this place again.

I loved this place. It was very relaxing and calm and being give an iPad to use whilst there was an amazing touch. Also the lady doing the pedicure was running a bit late so they let me have extra time in the fish tank whilst I waited. The pedicure was great and actually lasted months! Definitely would go back!

The location of this venue wasn’t exactly the nicest place you’ll find. It’s located at the back basement of this run-down complex near Queensway, and when I arrived I was a bit disappointed.

I arrived around 20 minutes late and was told to take a seat and was offered a cup of tea. At that time the beautician was doing manicure for another lady, so I figured it would be my turn after the manicure is done. However once that was done, she moved onto another client and I had to wait another 20 minutes, so in total I waited around 40 minutes so my appointment started late.

I was led into a small room at the back to have the Guinot extraction facial. There was no relaxing music and there was loud chatter from the people outside who were doing fish pedicure. The beautician didn’t introduce herself but she spoke with an accent. The facial itself was quite good, with an extraction facial it is expected to hurt and when it was done my face was all red and sore. She recommended some vitamins I could take to improve my skin.

Overall I was satisfied with the facial, but didn’t like the venue and the facilities.

The fish pedicure was a very strange sensation and not for the faint hearted, but really effective. The manicure was excellent. One of the best I've ever had and lasted for ages. The location isn't particularly attractive, but the actual venue was comfortable and clean.

I went with my mum for the fish pedicure. Whilst it was fun I wouldn't have it done again. However I would have another pedicure with the therapist who was brilliant - my nail polish didn't chip until week 3! It isn't the most luxurious of settings but if you know this in advance it isn't a problem! It would have been nice to have been offered refreshments though.

I went with a friend and it was an interesting experience, the salon was quite small but modern in decor. There were 4 tanks and each were filled with very eager fish, they seemed to never tire of nibbling at my feet, which was quite freaky at first and I was glad of the Ipads to take my mind off them. I don't think the results were great but as I said it was an interesting experience and somthing to try at least once. I think it's more of a gimmick than a spa treatment.

I went with my friend for a fish pedicure. That was fantastic experience, lasted 45 minutes, was a bit ticklish on the beginning so it made me laugh a lot! I had very good time and my feet felt pretty new afterwards.

The wax was well done! The therapist knew what she was doing and she did not miss the spot!
As far as the place is concerned,I I was expecting a bigger place and little bit high standard.
