Penny is one of the best out there and knows exactly what she is doing.
I have been with Penny for nearly a year now, and she has taken my hair from a damaged ear length bob, to healthy hair that is now past my shoulders, (she also did my hair for my wedding).

Nano treatment smoothing system. It looks like a relaxer, but feels so much better. My hair is bouncy, full of body. A relaxer leaves hair limp, nano treatment is so different.

I do like visiting here. Penny is a very nice person and I enjoy chatting to her as she does my cut. I have Caucasian hair, and she always does a good job of cutting it. This time I wanted it short, and that is what I got; largely with the razor, before a decent wash and style. Thank you.
