Yesterday I came for my first ever facial, I did not know what to expect since my breakouts have become unmanageable. I have been really self-conscious about these spots and felt it was a condition only affecting teenagers not mature adults. Afterwards I was so glad that I went and could notice a big difference. I had not realised how common or treatable my condition is. I am going to make some dietary adjustments to work alongside my treatment plan to improve the results I have seen so far. 👍

A few months ago I got gift voucher for an aromatherapy massage. Swear to God, I have not had a massage this amazing in my life. It was the most relaxing experience and the setting was so tranquil. Since my first treatment I have been coming weekly. As a keen cyclist I used to have a lot of tightness in my hamstrings and around my thoracic vertebrae, taking medication to numb the pain. Now, the discomfort has completely gone and my mobility has increased dramatically.
