It was my first time to have aroma touch at this hotel. William who did my massage had an excellent job and spot on my back and shoulder problem.
I would recommend this guy and place, though he was only part time at this hotel.
I would definitely come back and request William to do the massage for me.

The therapist was fantastic. I chose this treatment as I had a lot of neck and shoulder pain and the therapist instinctively knew how to work the massage to help the affected area. Very friendly. Highly recommended.

Wow, I should've known this deal was too good to be true. I understood from reading the other reviews that the spa facilities/ambience was nothing to rave about; I was prepared for a hotel room come massage room. To say the least it was very disappointing... First, the massage table wasnt a massage table - no hole in the table for me to put my face so by the end of the 1 hour ordeal I had a crink in my neck! Second, the room didnt have enough space for the masseuse to move around in as she worked my back. Third, the masseuse couldnt even tell me what technic she was employing...!!!! I booked a Deep Tissue Massage, and what I got was '???'. I have had quite a few massages in my life (one just the other week), and this did nothing for my shoulders. It was like the masseuse was in a rush, not taking the time to work on specific muscles groups. I just couldnt relax at all, especially with the bathroom fan on in the background, and mood music which was horrible....I don't recommend this place.

Brilliant, lovely therapist who does it, and lovely environment; relaxing music, light, nice smells, and nice clean covers for where you lie down. Very relaxing! Two things to keep in mind: you need to take your top off (but you are given privacy to do so and are given a sheet to cover yourself with and get comfortable) and there is a bit of a head massage, so you're hair might get a bit greasy, but she asks you if this is ok before she does anything. Really relaxing and pleasant experience!
