I was rather worried at first when there was no consultation offered and the stylist was getting started without having asked what I wanted. However after I stopped her and made sure she knew what I wanted it was all fine. The three ladies working on the day are obviously great friends as they chatted all the time in another language so I was able to read my book in peace. No awkward conversation! Bring your own water though...

A bit worried at first as the beautician did not seem to know I had an appointment and was starting to tell me I'll have to wait. But eventually ended up well and took me straight away. Was really nice and chatty. Treatment was okay but have had better, though remains quite cheap so you get what you pay for. Not sure I'll be back though as she kept insisting I don't book on Treatwell next time, and probably repeated it 3 or 4 times during the 15 mins I spent there

I loved the blow dry I had for a night out on Saturday. The stylist did exactly what I asked for and the price was very reasonable
