The overall experience was terrible. The stylist/ receptionist asked me how I would like my hair blow dried I mentioned it was my graduation so I would like that voluminous curly hair salon look. The blow dry was overall terrible she only used one brush throughout and the curls weren’t as voluminous as I hoped. At the end she charged me an extra £10 for curly hair and she never mentioned there was an extra fee for curly blow dry before doing my hair. Very disappointed.

This was my second time at the salon getting highlights and was very happy again with my hair! Since moving down to London it’s the best price for highlights that I’ve seen and had! Lovely ladies too!
