Everything was amazing, the facilities, the treatments and the friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff. Highly recommended. Definitely going back for more treatments.

The spa itself was relaxing, serene and vey comfortable. My therapist Jenny was excellent and I was made to feel relaxed and welcome straight away. My massage was amazing - the prefect pressure and relieved all my tension. I will definitely be going back again soon.

Very easy to find a stones through from Hampstead station. Once I arrived I there was some confusion as to what the voucher entitled me to. The lady at reception, who was the therapist as well, said that it was a mistake and the massage should be a less duration than what was written on the voucher. The offer was clearly written but the therapist seem to know very little about it.
Once the voucher issue was settled I was led into the treatment room. The room and spa was very small, but cosy. It smelt lovely, there was relaxing music playing and the lights dimmed. Although the voucher issue was a disappointing start, it wasn't long into the massage that I felt I was a million miles away.
The massage was very therapeutic, deep but relaxing. The therapist knew just the right spots. Im very satisfied with the experience overall and would go again.

We visited the Hampstead salon in January - it is a small but absolutely lovely. Our therapist was fantastic and the service was brilliant. I will most definitely be visiting again.

I had a lovely massage at Pacifica; it was incredibly calming and the therapist was very knowledgeable. The venue is small but that didn't matter, it was cosy and made for a very relaxing experience. It was a perfect place to unwind, and has treatments to suit both men and women. I left feeling completely refreshed. Would definitely recommend!

So firstly the Hampstead branch isn't a "day spa" it's a couple of cramped treatment rooms close of Hampstead tube. My treatment room was so cramped that the therapist had to repeatedly move the bed to get around it and again to get into the shower to turn it on. I had booked a cellulite buster treatment which is supposed to comprise a full body exfoliation with Elemis ginger scrub, a body brushing, and a lymphatic drainage massage. The therapist asked me at the beginning if I bruised easily as the massage could be quite strong. She proceeded to do a full body scrub which was fine (the therapist was thorough, and the scrub strong but not rough) although the product used wasn't the one in the package description. She then moved the bed to turn on the shower. After a few minutes there was still no hot water and I had to call her. She played around with the controls for a bit and then said she would check the other room. It seems there was no hot water there either so I had to be towelled down on the bed (a cold and fairly unpleasant experience which used up a section of my treatment time and left me covered in gritty particles). I had to ask her to change the towel I was lying on as everything was covered in the remains of the scrub. She then proceeded to do a full body massage which went nowhere near any of the lymph glands (I don't think the girl actually knew what a lymphatic massage was). After the treatment was finished I had to wipe off most of the oil on my skin as it was mixed with scrub that hadn't been properly removed. At the till I queried why she had missed one of the treatments completely and the response I got was that she had done the scrub for longer. She did (without being asked) discount the treatment to remove the cost of the scrub completely but frankly this was one of the least relaxing or pampering treatments I have ever had at any spa. I won't be going back.

This salon is smaller than its sister branch in Notting Hill, but what it lacks in size is more than made up by the professionalism, expertise and knowledge of the therapist. I had a very thorough and vigorous back massage (my therapist used her elbows during the process to exert a deep pressure to unknot all the tension in my muscles) and although the touch was very firm, the aftereffect was more than worthwhile. This was followed by a facial (you have the choice of either Elemis or Dermalogica) which was accompanied by a lovely facial massage, then immediately finished off with a relaxing but effective scalp/indian head massage - pure bliss and relaxation. This deal was superb value, the therapist was fabulous and affable, and the overall experience is one I would like to repeat, even on a full price ticket - it was that good and the after effects stayed with me for quite a while.
