Paid for a gel pedicure, and whilst Huong was friendly, and welcoming the pedicure offered is really just a file and polish. There was some cuticle work, but no removal of hard skin. The service is advertised as taking 1hr 10 minutes, but was complete after 40minutes. The classic pedicure states it includes hard skin removal, so not clear why this isn’t included in the gel pedicure.
Huong was great, but won’t return as the pedicure doesn’t offer what I expected, and thought I’d paid for.
