Seriously impressed. I don't often get my nails done, but when I do I go for bright red as I just can't do it myself, but even when it's professionally done I've usually chipped it in 2 days. This time, I'm 5 days in and still absolutely chip free.... and people are still commenting on how great they look. Monique was lovely too, very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely go back.

Excellent facial. Wrinkles reduced and face looked more relaxed. Will certainly repeat the treatment again and try others with Monique

Monique is fabulous as a facialist
she really cares about you as an individual
she uses natural raw products and makes you feel relaxed- i fell asleep!
My skin was revived and glowing when I left and I felt wonderfully refreshed
would go to her again and again

Therapist was nice and friendly.
She made up her own beauty products that was interesting, unfortunately, it did not suit my skin.
I had a slight rush reaction to that.

Monique was lovely. She has a room in an office building. It was really easy to find. The room is scented and relaxing. The massage was lovely. When I checked prices to return, seemed extortionate.

Really nice, relaxing facial - my skin was glowing afterwards. Monique, my therapist, really knew her stuff and only uses pure, organic products, some of which she makes herself. My skin felt purified and looked radiant after treatment. Would recommend.

This was my first facial and I really loved it! Monique is very friendly and the small room in which she operates is comfortable. She started with a back massage which really relaxed me and helped release some of the tension I always have in my back. The facial that followed was heavenly, all the products used smelt lovely (most are handmade by Monique!) and felt very nice on my skin. Monique also massaged my arms and hands while the facial was working its magic.
I would definitely recommend Monique to everyone here!

Central London venue for tretament which was carried out by a pleasant and knowledgeable therapist. She explained the products she was using and there was no hard sell. She also gave me information on several products that I used and wanted to clarify.

I would recommend the treatement and therapist anytime. Great value for money for sumptious products that Monique makes herself at times.

Overall I quite enjoyed my treatment, Monique was good in initial communications, the facial itself felt relaxing and invigorating at the same time and smelled wonderful- a perfect way to start a summer! Location was also great, just behind Harrods, very easy to get to. The only trouble I have was actually getting into the building, but it did not spoil the overall impression.

I when to Monique to have a back massage and facial. It was really lovely. Gave me water on arrival and was friendly but professional.

What amazed me the most about Monique was her incredible knowledge of everything that she did.

She was able give understanding about what and why she did something but at the same time in a language I understood

The whole experience was really lovely. The massage was just what I needed and really worked my knotted areas around my shoulder and neck. She asked all along the way if what she was doing was ok, but even though it was a little painful (which I was fin with as I agreed to it) I wanted her to loosen those areas, when she finished the area felt great!

The facial was lovely! She used fresh fruit which she made her self and she really removed all black head with out leaving marks or redness after!

The whole experience was really enjoyable!

Sine then, Monique has been given great advice. I haven’t had the chance to go back, but when I get an opportunity I will. I would certainly recommend it to anyone.

Only small tiny down point is that is slightly hard to find, but so close to the station its just behind H&M back entrance in Knightsbridge.

This was a treat for myself. The salon itself is within a business centre i.e. a shared office space a minute or so walk from Harrods so very easy to get to by public transport. It felt less luxurious going into an office building rather than straight into a salon but once I was there it didn't matter as the room was relaxing and atmospheric so I soon forgot this aspect. The therapist, Monique is very friendly and chatty but always professional. The facial was incredibly relaxing and the products used were fresh and made by the therapist. I could smell the summer fruits in the face mask. The back massage was relaxing. My skin glowed for a few days afterwards and felt very soft and smooth and looked visibly brighter. The therapist had been trained by one of the leading facialists in London and worked in other large salons such as Aveda. She clearly knew her area of expertise. She was very hard-working and committed to using only products which she knew what they contained and the ingredients were are as natural as possible. She had only recently opened this central London salon and I wish her every success in continuing to grow her business in an increasingly competitive environment.

Monique was lovely; really friendly and knew her stuff.
Easy to reach location, although slightly unusual salon in large office building.
Massage particularly good. Facial good enough to eat!
Would definitely return for another treatment.

This was an excellent value massage / summer fruits facial deal. Monique was friendly and knowledgeable, and the treatment was very thorough. I lost track of the number of stages of the facial, which ended with a lovely smelling mask made with strawberries, raspberries and yoghurt. I never find a single facial causes dramatic change in my skin but the experience was extremely relaxing and I would recommend the salon.

Set in a very nice ex-hotel building close to the station this is a little escape and worth a visit. Had a very relaxing massage and facial and felt totally at ease with Monique. Will be returning soon when next in the area!

An absolutely beautiful room to completely relax in, I just about fell asleep during both the massage and the facial! Monique is lovely, showing interesting by asking a few questions, but not too many! The summer fruits facial left my skin lovely and soft, and the massage was perfect - wanted it to be longer! Would definitely return.

Excellent value massage and facial. Fresh fruit mask smelled yummy enough to eat. The therapist was very friendly and knowledgeable. The only hitch with the venue is that the room is in what seems to be an office block so I didn't feel relaxed in a Spa-like way.

Appointments are best made by text as Monique is a one woman operation.
The 'salon' is easy to find but strangely in converted hotel where all the rooms have been turned into offices which is a bit odd walking through.
Another oddity was the lack of running water in the room, which meant that the therapist has to leave the room frequently to get more water. This felt a bit odd, half-naked with eyes covered and surrounded by other offices.
Monique started off with the back and shoulder massage, which was nice and relaxing if a little too gentle for my liking.
The facial was good but the famed Summer Fruits Mask just seemed to be a strawberry and raspberry yoghurt. Monique makes all her own products, which may be a good thing but to be honest, the whole experience made very little difference to my skin or complexion.

Considering I did not pay the original amount (bought on a wahanda deal), I think it was excellent. Especially when the salon is in Knightsbridge as well. The facial was enjoyable and the back massage was also good. High recommand!!

The facial and back massage were excellent; not only enjoyable at the time, but effects lasted for a few days. Monique is enthusiastic about her new location, which meant she talked rather more than was welcome which in turn made the experience less relaxing than it should have been. The environment sadly is far from opulent as it all takes place in a small room which was originally set up as an office space (and is surrounded by other offices). I also felt that hygiene might be improved,; towels were obviously not changed from previous client - or only partially changed and I had to ask to have the 'face hole' covered in tissue before she started the massage. Nonetheless, she is a confident and competent therapist and most definitely worth a try, esp. for a special offer. Would probably not pay full price unless the environment and other points mentioned above are satisfactorily addressed.

Sheer bliss! Starting from the staff in reception, the whole experience was a delight. I arrived early so went for a walk around the block (to see how the other half live!) then used the toilets on the ground floor. The whole place is luxurious and very 'Knightsbridge'. Then up in the lift to the mezzanine floor when Monique greeted me. Very friendly and approachable. First she did the back massage. Parts of my back were quite 'tight' but with Monique's massage I could feel the stress ripple away. Then the facial, which was excellent. I could smell the strawberries! Monique gave my open pores a thorough work over and my skin looks fabulous now! Also included were arm massages while the mask was working. A colleague is developing a range of products and I look forward to hearing about those when they are available. A truly wonderful experience and I'd love to go back if more deals are available. Thank you Monique and Wahanda!
