Really lovely staff and great treatments, I’d highly recommend to anyone suffering from perimenopause systems and stiff and achy joints .

I am in my 50s and I have Edema in my legs which has caused me a lot of pain and limited my quality of life. I used to enjoy cook, it's a form of stress relief for me. However cooking requires standing for long periods. Having Edema in my feet prevent me from enjoying. Nowadays I don't look forward to cooking just thinking of the pain afterwards.
However after seeking treatment from Dr Jialin I feel that with her care I will definitely be able to improve my quality of life and go back to enjoying cooking again. She is clinically very sound and when she massaged my feet I felt relief from the pain. She has also advised me what to do in the future. I have booked a 6 weeks package with her .

This is a hidden gem, the welcome is consistently second to none and the personalised ayurvedic therapies authentic and amongst the best I have had. I would particularly recommend the one on one yoga sessions with Dr Laxmi, learnt from her home in Kerala and with the benefit of generations of local handed down wisdom and knowledge; she has taught me helpful techniques I have not found in over 20 years of on line/ local yoga classes.
I also tried the body balancer for lymphatic drainage which was both relaxing and effective.
