Ockenden Manor Hotel & Spa part of Historic Sussex Hotels

Ockenden Manor Spa, a harmonious blend of modern design and nature's inspiration.

Exceptional facilities in a unique environment. The South's newest and most utopian spa, fed by its own underground spring.

Nestling in the warm green of the West Sussex countryside, Ockenden Manor Spa has been designed to create a haven from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Purpose-built inside a 19th century walled garden, the contemporary airy structure contrasts and complements its neighbour, the Elizabethan Ockenden Manor, and shares it nine acres of parklands and gardens.

A relaxing overnight break with a girl friend.
The hotel was quiet and atmospheric. Staff helpful. Food gorgeous. We upgraded to a twin room as the basic rooms are all doubles - glad I checked. Close to town so could enjoy lunch and a walk in Cuckfield.
The spa was modern and perfectly designed. We both had massages which relaxed us completely. Staff helpful.
Will definitely be back.

A friend and I stayed at Ockenden Manor Hotel for one night in November 2014. We had a lovely stay. The room was very clean and cosy. Dinner in the Michelin star restaurant was fantastic, as was breakfast the following morning. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to use the spa facilities for both days of our stay and our treatments were perfect. Overall, we had a very relaxing stay.

Beautiful spa facilities. The pool is genius being able to swim from inside to outside was lovely. The outdoor hot tub is also very nice. I took my mum here for one night, however we were allowed to use the spa the whole of the following day so it felt as though we had the entire weekend. My aromatherapy massage was superb, I couldn't fault it. In fact I am planning to bring my sister back for her 40th!

Just had the most lovely day. My friend and I went. We both had pedicures and body scrub. The staff were all so friendly and inviting. With it being a beautiful sunny day, it felt like a holiday just to sit in the loungers and enjoy the views. Felt very clean and well maintained. Lunch was light but tasty. It is a very bright and airy spa. We went on a Tuesday and it was not too busy.

Bookers may like to be aware that there are allocated swim times for children, not at this was any inconvenience- they seemed to be local families with memberships- very calm and well behaved as opposed to excited kids on holiday-

What a lovely spa! Loved the flow from indoors to outdoors! Very serene, clean, nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Excellent Food - the deal I got was great value for money, but treatments and food at the spa, in my opinion are more pricey than most. Set in one of the most beautiful sussex villages, with luscious green rolling hills as views. On a sunny day - I don't think you could go to a better place. Loved my day there and desperate to return soon.
