It’s the first time I’ve been to a salon where they don’t ask you how much you want cut off. The stylist cut 25cm off my hair that I have been growing for years, before I could say anything. I interrupted the stylist numerous times subsequently, and was told “wait”. Worst experience. Even have random long strands longer than the rest. The stylist seemed offended that I didn’t like the cut instead of considering what her customer wanted and how bad the hair cut was.
