Tanya was fantastic. Really taking the time to know everything about me so she could determine the most suitable treatment. The treatment lasted much longer than expected as time was taken to explain each phase of the treatment. Often you can end up feeling a little rushed and you lose the sense of relxation in spa's, but this was very much a personal experience where you feel totally at ease and taken care of as an individual. I will definitely be returning and fully recommend to others.

The first-time ever a therapist has put in me that inbetween place of sleep and consciousness. Tanya can do both tough and gentle to ensure the nasty knots disappear but at the same time ensure you get relaxation pure. I had a deep-tissue massage and afterwards a tailored facial combining CACI and Environ methods. If you're local to West London or don't mind traipsing towards this part of London you should give it a go - and hopefully like me further sessions to follow.
Tanya was a very pleasant lady who made me feel immediately at ease. She carried out her treatment in a very professional manner without being obstrusive. It was a sublime experience and would recommend it to anyone in need of pampering. I won't hesitate to recommend Tanya to my friends and can't wait to go back for another pampering session.
