Best possible results as I have recently stopped using relaxer , i was worried about the end result and I was not instructed to use another treatment which I find most hairdressers usually do! But I had a brilliant treatment and my hair looked and felt amazing ,this is definitely my spot from now on ! š

The overall service was pretty good however what was really surprising was that the lady asked me whether I would like a trim whilst she was blow-drying my hair. She emphasised that it would look a lot healthier and that my hair really needed it. There was no mention of an extra charge at this point if I did agree to the trim, nor when I actually did agree to it. When everything was finished I mentioned to the lady that I had booked through Treatwell and that payment had already been made. At this point she then asked me to double check whether I had actually paid and when she established I had indeed paid, she then said that I still had to pay as I also had a trim. I was a little shocked as this wasn't mentioned at the time of offering the trim however I had presumed there would likely be a small fee. The total cost of the treatment (wash, condition, blow-dry and straighten) was Ā£25.00 and I was then charged Ā£15.00 extra to add a trim!! To me this seems extremely unreasonable to charge more than half of the total cost for 5-10 minutes of the treatment time! This miscommunication is what really disappointed me about this experience as I almost feel they were unsatisfied they would not be receiving any physical money from me so therefore felt they could exaggerate a charge in order to get something.
