I booked for the West Croydon branch but the lady that I was supposed to be with had a personal emergency and couldn't see me, another lady was so excellent to call me up and explain that situation and asked if I was willing to be referred to the Thornton Heath branch. Hena was attending to me and she did an excellent job! I told her my specific concerns and she took them right on board and gave me good advice for future maintenance as well. This will definitely be my salon of choice from now on.
It was my 3rd dermalogica facial with Hena and I must say she is brilliant. She tailored the facial according to my skin needs. I had lot of pigmentation and dark circles and now everyone compliment about my skin. She has advised me the right products to use for the brightening and it's working😃. Thankyou so much Hena, I am missing your massage already will be back soon.

I had one of the best Hot stone massage with Hena. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She worked miracles on my lower back pain, loosening out the knots and tension. Highly recommended will definitely go back.
