WARNING the clinic manager was so horrible and rude to me I was left shaken and in tears!!!!!! She kept talking over me when I was asking about availability, I was just trying to find out what availability they had up to the end of June so I could start having laser hair removal for a medical condition! Verbally she was highly aggressive, very belligerent, refused to allow me to make a complaint, she then had another rant and announced that she didnt want to continue the call as I was apparently taking up her time and she had another caller on the line! when I asked her if she was refusing service she said no but then she cut me off when i asked about speaking with her manager or the owner. I rang back and when the clinic manager answered again I asked very nicely and politely to speak to the owner or her manager. She initially said ‘ok can I just ask what this is about’ as soon as I said it was in regards to a complaint she immediately started talking over me yet again and left me unable to finish my sentence or speak again, she proceeded spouting off about how she had 2 degrees and how she knew about complaints processes the ombudsman submits papers to them and it gets sorted. I kept asking her not to speak over me, I ended up saying ‘ma’am ma’am ma’am’ over and over again but she refused to basically (and I apologise for putting this so bluntly) shut up and listen to what I had to say. I asked her again to give me the owners/ managers details and she refused!!! she even said that 'just because you have a posh accent doesn't mean you can say I am stupid'?! I have absolutely no idea where that came from, I would never in my life call anyone be it a cleaner to a executive stupid or an idiot, only a horrible person would do something like that! she went on a rant like a mad person. I would like to point out that I was extremely polite, I kept my voice and tone calm and even, my friend who was next to me was absolutely fuming at the attack I was verbally subjected to. Despite all my efforts I was left feeling increasingly frustrated, verbally attacked and abused. My conversation with her left me physically shaken, in tears and with none of my questions answered. I found her behaviour threatening, abusive, combative, she intimidated me, she had a complete lack of respect and understanding that no matter what form of employment you are engaged in your behaviour and attitude reflects on your business. I also felt discriminated against because I have a Berkshire county English accent. I have worked hard all my life to scrape enough money together to pay my way and finally when I had the opportunity to make a little bit of my life better I am subjected to this!! She called me posh?! having an accent doesn't give anyone ground to be discriminated against! Her behaviour and conduct was distasteful and wholly disgusting. to be short she has a mountain of a chip on her shoulder, and has no qualms with bashing a customer. I have never been so verbally abused because she felt that because I had a posh accent I somehow felt as if I was superior to her? DO NOT EVEN THINK OF GOING HERE! the customer service is awful and that's before you even get to the door to have any treatments! they don't have a complaint process and don't care for you as a customer! can you imagine the horror you would have if they actually got something wrong??? seriously not worth the nightmare. STAY AWAY save up your money and go somewhere with good word of mouth press. DO NOT GO HERE!!!|!11
