Its really is something special when you find a salon and a hairdresser and colourist you trust. Having used different salons for many years i was drawn to New ID when they won a salon award a few years ago. I have not been disappointed. When i first attended i have jet black dyed hair,having been told by other salons that i would find it difficult to get my colour lighter and my hair would be in bad condition, i resigned myself to having my hair cut off, when i went to lorraine she advised me that it could be done over a period of time and i definitely acheive the colour i wanted. she was right ! i am so pleased with the result. Heather is a wonder with the colours and lorraine is an expert hairdresser. You can be rest assured you will be listened to and always get the style you want. My 24 year old daughter now has her hair coloured and cut at the salon and my little 7 year old boy does too (they also have patience!) If you are looking for a friendly, trustworthy and very reasonable priced salon, then you will not go wrong using New Id. thanks ladies!!!!

As a family we have had our hair done here for like......... forever! They are always happy to see us and nothing is too much trouble, we are always satisfied with the outcome of their work and will always come here.
I recommend them to anyone I can and can only speak kindly of their business

Every visit is a wonderful experience.
Professional and welcoming throughout and have never had cause to complain. Heather is a great colourist & stylist, and Lorraine is just magnificent and exceptional at all she does. This includes cutting, styling, colouring & makes me feel like her most important customer.
Would highly recommend New ID to anyone, and I am 100% happy with their service.

Cannot fault this salon for value and atmosphere. Very highly skilled I would not trust anyone else with my hair or my kids hair. I have had cuts, colours, hair up for special occasions and over the moon everytime. Always friendly and welcoming recommended to everyone.
