Classes take place in Hyde Park (Speakers Corner and Hyde Park Corner) but all other services can be delivered straight to you in the convenience of your home/ local park while getting your daily dose of vitamin D and fresh air.

I am training with Michelle since May, she is engaging, motivational and knows how to push you that little bit futher.
If you want to get fit, loose weight, eat better I def. would recommend Michelle as your personal trainer.

I have been training with Michelle for nearly a year now. She is a great Personal Trainer, as knows how to train and encourage you and is also very skilled at guiding you to work harder whilst still making exercising enjoyable.

For anyone wanting to get fit, I would recommend choosing Michelle as your Personal Trainer.

I started to use Michelle 3 months before my wedding to tone up and get clear skin. I trained 1x per week outdoors with michelle – come rain or shine, and she drew me up a programme to do in the gym 2x per week. Michelle also gave me a nutrition plan to follow which really complemented my training. It gave me energy, motivation and yes it cleared up my skin. I lost 9lbs in the last 8 weeks and dropped a dress size. I am so pleased with the results she helped me achieve I cannot recommend her enough. I have even continued to keep seeing her as she makes it so much fun and I would never work out that hard on my own. Michelle has a wealth of knowledge that she is willing to give and will certainly go the extra mile to help you achieve your goals. I have used other trainers in the past but will happily stay with Michelle from now on, highly recommendable.

I recently started training with Michelle , one on one PT sessions.

Michelle is so engaging, motivational and dedicated to my personal goals. She believes in me especially when I want to give up..but I don't because she knows my body and my individual capabilities and with her strong beliefs and integrity she always strives to get me to reach my optimum level of fitness.

Each workout is unique and challenging yet therapeutic and enjoyable..yes enjoyable. We have used a variety of sporting equipment and body weight exercises to achieve amazing results.

Michelles depth of knowledge on nutirition and fitness is sooo good. Her nutrition resources and understanding stretch beyond any local health food shop and she is always on hand to give tips and advice.

Michelle has been an amazing personal trainer and is truly inspirational, positive and encouraging. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Michelles services to anyone requiring personal fitness goal achievements and effective health and nutrition advice.

I attended the gym with Michelle in order to complete some personal training sessions. Due to my busy lifestyle I wanted some quick tips on how to get fit, toned and keep up my motivation if I did achieve this.

Michelle patiently showed me how to use all of the equipment, showed me warm up and cool down exercises and explained what would work for my body type and the goals I had. She helped me to formulate achievable goals which I'm proud to say I have maintained.

I have now moved cities but feel that I can continue keeping fit due to the skills that I learnt during these sessions.

Michelle is a fantastic fitness trainer and nutritionist who I highly recommend. I’ve been attending her classes for over 6 months, each one well planned, fun and no two classes ever the same so great variety of work out activities! She encourages everyone to push themselves out of their comfort zone to see improvements while ensuring good technique is used. I’ve recently signed up to personal training sessions to focus on areas that need strengthening while training for my first marathon and felt Michelle was the perfect person to help me :)
