Nenas customer service standards are great, she has a soothing voice and focuses on your relaxation, asking questions to understand your needs, please come to her if you want to relax.
Undortunately, I was in need of some therapeutic feet therapy as I am on my feet all day. So I needed something very firm and strong.
I came out very relaxed but not 100% satisfied.
Though I would still use her services as she really knows how to calm an active mind, as is passionate about what she does.
Nena was lovely, however, I was also approached by a young lady who was probably a trainee, I found the manner of which she spoke to me to be quite rude and unpleasant, no smile, bad indifferent attitude. Terrible.

Nena is the best. A friend recommended her to me a couple of years ago, and I have been to her for waxing ever since. I live and work miles away, but could never go anywhere else now.
It was my first time having a wax so I was slightly nervouse but I was put at ease and it was a non traumatic experience. I will definitely go back for further treatments.

2 years ago Nena at Gravity was recommended to me by a friend and since then every month I have gone to Nena for my waxing. Not only does she put you at ease with her relaxing nature, she is very professional and makes the process as painless as possible with her techniques. The area is always kept very clean and tidy. Before going to Nena I had tried waxing in other salons and I have to say that she is by far the best which is why after 2 years I still visit her.
I always enjoy our little chats and relaxing music playing in the background for me.
I too have recommended Nena to friends and they now visit often too. Thank you Nena!!
