I went to the salon for a pedicure and waxing. I chose the salon since their website looked good, however, the actual place looked nothing as I'd expected. It was dirty, the staff was busy entertaining themselves, the owner was rude and pushy. I asked for a luxury pedicure but received a general file and polish. The only good thing I could say was that the therapist was nice and hardworking, although I struggled to understand the accent. What shocked me was that at the end of the treatment I was informed that I have to pay to the spa as well as to the spa, literally demanding me to tip them. The owner then claimed that she didn't have any change and tried to push me to stay for other treatments. I couldn't wait to get out of there.

This place has the worst customer service I have EVER experienced IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! Please do NOT go - even if you've booked and paid for things in advance, save yourselves!!

I bought a package deal - described as 'luxury pamper package - facial, manicure and back scrub'. I also decided to buy one for my friend as it was her birthday. I rang them a good few weeks in advance to book - clearly asking them whether they could do the treatments TOGETHER as it was for BOTH of us as I had paid for TWO SEPERATE deals.. They stated this was absolutely fine and so confirmed the booking, and the fact we could have our treatments together.

On the day, we arrived to an extremely unfriendly and unhelpful 'welcome' (if you can call it that), I had to approach the staff instead of the staff approaching me - I stated we were here for our 4.30 appointment... Firstly, they tried to ask us to come back another time as they were too busy to do our treatments - I could not believe it! Secondly, they said we had booked ONE LOT of treatments for two people - as in, one of us to have the facial and the other have the manicure and the back scrub! I couldn't believe it!!! I firmly but politely stated I had made the booking well in advance and it was my friend's birthday and that we had come from far, so there was no way we could come back another time. I had given her my two vouchers with the booking on it, so they could not try that with me again!
The owner had such a poor attitude it was hard not to storm out right then and there, or hurl abuse at her.. But I said to myself I had paid for two lots of business and I was going to get what I paid for.. Oh how I wish I'd have walked out in stead!! They made us wait over an HOUR before even starting the treatments as they were still finishing up with 4 different ladies. Talk about poor time-management! We ended up having our treatments around 5.40, instead of 4.30.
They didn't communicate what they were doing with us, and then separated me and my friend instead of sticking to their word that we could have our treatments together - my friend then went off into a little room for her back scrub and I was left to be rushed to the manicure table, had an unfinished manicure including nails that were NOT up to par - I could have done a better job myself, I'm not lying!
They did not allow my nails to dry properly and told me I HAD to come for my facial then and there as they were running out of time. I told them my nails were not dry and they said 'yeah so they will dry in there' (pointing to the door where I'd be having my facial). Subsequently, two of my nails smudged!!!
The facial was absolute trash - they left me in there for ages with the mask on my face and when giving their half-hearted 'massage', they were not explaining ANYTHING they were doing to me as they did it. They slapped various creams and serums on my face, didn't ask me my skin type, any allergies, not a THING. Before I knew it, they started digging at my face with an instrument to pick spots - no explanation or anything and it was extremely painful at that!
After this hell, I was subjected to a rushed and I mean less than a 1 minute back scrub before being left there for over 20 minutes with a steamer blowing tepid air up and down my back..
I was absolutely appalled and I genuinely from the bottom of my heart advise ANYONE about to use Neda Spa to NOT go.. They overbook appointments to make money, then give you a less than adequate service with ZERO customer service and I am absolutely appalled. I am in the process of contacting them to request a refund and if not, I am going to be contacting trading standards for false advertisement.

OMG!
I went there with one of my friend also, booked a FULL facial for 60minutes but was out after 40 minutes.
The therapist kept coming in and out, the owner came in the room twice without knocking :/
Booked for Dermalogica but they ended up putting strictly pro products on me which i am allergic to :/
WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS SALON!

I have my appointment booked, I have decided not to go just because of the comments and reviews on this website about this Spa. Unfortunately I have booked it so I cant ask for refund, but I am no way going there as the comments are horrific . Thanks everyone for making people aware of it before they could go there.

Absolutely terrible place. Staff rude, especially the owner. They are more interested in doing their own hair and threading than serving the customers. I had a voucher for a facial which was supposed to be for 60mins. I think the therapist (if you can call her that) spent less than 20mins with me. The therapist comes and goes all the time, so most of the time I'm alone in a cold and dirty room. The products used felt very harsh and smelt awful. There was mono dialogue and I bad to ask them to leave so I could get dressed. I actually couldn't wait to leave and even didn't have a treatment I had paid for as I just wanted to get out of there. DONT EVER GO THERE, read the reviews they are all true!

in view of yours and others comments I have cancelled my paid for visit. I only dealt with them on the phone and nobody called me back. Eventually when I did make the appointment by phoning again I was then called no less than 3 times by various staff members to book my appointment! your review is not a surprise to me. Thanks for taking the time to warn others!

I have never seen a Spa as bad as this, it was dingy, dirty and cold! It was a complete waste of my time! I paid for a back rub, facial and manicure, the back rub lasted 10mins and the facial was just a couple of creams put on and then I was left for 10-15mins Inbetween, I was laying there freezing whilst waiting! I didn't even bother with the manicure! This place should not be allowed to be trading and I will be reporting it!

This place is a liability and I am gob smacked it is trading. The salon is filthy, tired, messy and old fashioned. When I arrived there were half drank bottles of water left on the torn leather chairs. The floor and equipment is rusty and dusty. The staff are in normal clothes and not wearing beauty tabards. I had a wowcher voucher for facial, back scrub and manicure. Back scrub was literally a bit of steam, exfoliator and warm towel to rub it off. She only did my back - she didn't work my shoulders or neck so it just felt contrived. The facial was strange, just a load of masks, a massage that lasted all of about two minutes and then I was left for about 20minutes at separate stages. She didn't massage my decolet or head - as every other salon has done for me during a facial. The products were called salon professional - which I know from my beauty background are used in college and very cheap. When I had my face through the hole during my back scrub I had the view if hair, rusty couch feet and dust. When I was on my back for the facial she didn't put the insert back into the couch, so my neck was stiff. My manicure was a joke ! Lady did my cuticles, water was scolding I got a tut that she had to change it. She filed them then I wanted to swap to pay extra for gels, so I browsed the colours. Brands I have never heard of ( I am a qualified nail technician) and when I opened the bottles to view the colour they were thick and bristles were squashed. I decided I didn't want them to touch my nails so I opted out of gels and varnish. I was there for two hours, I wasn't offered a drink. The owner is rude, pushy and full of herself. Trying to sell me some kind of lipo treatment - no thanks love ! I would literally not let them touch me in a million years with anything electrical, the equipment is so old and looks hazardous. It is beyond me how wowcher have not vetted them and removed them from their affiliates. Avoid this place and spend your money somewhere else. Oh and the part that got me the most was the hospital tray table on wheels displaying leaflets in the windows . Disgusting !

I have been reading these reviews with interest due to the fact that I have a wowcher deal booked in a few weeks and I am now dreading the whole experience. I have demanded a refund already from wowcher but because I have now made an appointment and the owner has taken my voucher number they say 'no can do'.
Please can everyone who has made a complaint on here make the same complaints to Trading Standards as I have already told wowcher that is what I intend to do if I am not satisfied they have fulfilled their advertised treatments and I shall also report wowcher for their part in false advertising!

I couldn't agree with you anymore. I've had a very similar experience, but luckily didn't let her touch my hair and called wahanda who gave me a refund. The owner is very rude and after visiting lots of salons in my lifetime I would never ever ego back to this one. Be aware and keep away.

DO NOT VISIT THIS SALON !!! I booked this through wowcher for myself and sister ! I am a trained beauty therapist and this place is a joke. The girls who worked on us were not trained. The salon is dirty beyond belief !! We were meant to have a 60 min facial it took 20 mins with 2MASKS AND NO MASSAGE !! I am so anger and cross I have reported them to trading standards for the uncleanliness of the salon and the un trained staff using products on your face that they haven't got a glue about !!!! THIS SALON NEEDS SHUTTING DOWN ITS A DISGRACE !!!!!

I have been there few times for my facial and manicure and other treatments. the staff are very nice and friendly. i was treated very well and they offered me coffee. had relaxing time and i am happy, i dont knw why you guys are all complaining, just be nice and then see how they treat you.
just to tell you there are 2 very nice and lovely beautician Sayeda and Nazila who works hard and you will be satisfied. :)

Absolutely rubbish! I purchased a Wowcher deal for a Dermalogica facial and I was looking forward to it so much to find that is was appalling. I was left for 20 minutes under a steamer then was applied a mud mask then left again for 20 minutes. Had a little massage for 2-3 minutes at the end and that was my facial done. Got in the car and looked in the mirror to find my mascara was smudged around my eyes and I felt itchy all over! I have been going for facials regularly and I have to say I was shocked at how appalling it was!

I bought an offer through WOWCHER that had dermalogica facial, back scrub and a manicure. I was trying to get a weekend appointment and stuff were really annoyed and they were suggesting I go weekdays. I said I cannot and then finally they offered me one. I should have known then but I still gave the benefit of the doubt.
They didn’t use dermalogica products and she removed my makeup but she didn’t clean my eyes. Then she put me straight to steamer and left me for a while. Lots of staff was coming in the room all the time to speak to this therapist which I found annoying being disturb all the time. Then she put some cotton in my eyes (in proper facials they put something that smoothers the eyes but not here). And she finishes me off but putting some smelly products. My face didn’t look at all clean and refresh. Then for the back scrub without asking me my permission she brought a girl in the room to look while they were doing it as if she was a trainee. At that point I know the place was a “mickey mouse” business but just wanted to finish and go. For the manicure, not professional at all. She just filed my nails without soaking them in water. The nail varnish was really old and thick as if they didn’t want to spend money to buy new. I had to choose a different colour as I wasn’t happy and I told them that they need to invest in new nail varnish. The girl she didn’t even speak English so she didn’t understand what I meant. Really disappointing experience and I wish I had read reviews before visiting the place. WOWCHER needs to check these places before consumers buying the services and put them in difficult situation of complaining. I am glad I didn’t complain as from other reviews I read they were extremely rude and they would have made this experience even worst! Avoid!!

Booked in for a dermalogica facial - I was not asked to fill in a form, she did not ask me anything about my skin - she never even examined my skin under a light. Proceeded to take off my make up with a basic, cleanser and then put the steamer on me! I told them to stop as I could tell it was not going to be a good experience. The salon is ill-equipped, staff unprofressional, the therapist did not really know what she was doing and the manager was rude and pointed out she had been a successful manager of the beauty salon for 15 years - not sure how if I am honest! One thing a manager should know is that the customer is always right reglardless how offended she was with my feedback - she tried to argue with me saying that they do not offer a proper dermalogica only a basic one! they only had 3 dermalogica products on the trolley). OVERALL EXPERIENCE TERRIBLE. Do not go to this salon for facials/body treatments - perhaps nail painting will be ok that is about it. I am a qualified beauty therapist and knew instantly it was not going to be a good experience.

I agree with some of the others about this not being a good facial. The products were cheap and smelly. The service unfriendly and I felt like I was being fobbed off. The back scrub did not last 20 minutes and was a waste of time and money.
the facial was not relaxing and my skin did not appear to have benefited from it.
The manicure was unprofessional and I could have done a better job. The nail varnish lasted hours not days.
The room was stuffy and cramped and the staff attitude was poor. Neda seemed to want to get me to book other treatment. Why would I do that when this one was not memorable.
Good for the person who got a cup of tea. I wasn't offered any drinks in the 2 hours I was there.
There was a lot of waiting between the sessions.
Not a good experience.
Neda had lots of certificates on the wall for all her training. I think this not being shown in her practice.

Awful experience asked for a demologica facial and it wasn't what I asked for just some cheap stuff that left my face in blotches asked for my money back and the manager was disgustingly rude. Do not go

I have been a client for a few months, i try new places but always end up going back to anjus! they are relaxed yet professional and i feel welcomed as a customer.

great staff, great prices and great atmosphere.

HI, i have been a regular customer at Neda Spa. just to let you know guys, it depends how clients behave with a therapist or a beautician. they are always nice and wuld give you the best treatment if you behave nicely.
DON'T BLAME OTHERS FOR YOUR OWN BEHAVIOR AND FAULT.

Myself and my friend were nothing but polite to the ladies, the manager was unnecessarily rude and when you work in retail there is one rule: THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. You are NEVER supposed to be rude to a customer and they were nothing but rude. And to speak in your language when everyone in the salon is requesting you speak English is also rude, when they were perfectly capable of speaking English. Rude, rude and rude again. Nothing to do with how we behaved we were nothing but polite.

Are you kidding me, what the hell do you mean by this that if we are nice with them , then only they are suppose to be nice. We are customers and they are suppose to treat us good no matter what. We are not going there to make friendship that we have to be nice to them. We pay for it and we should be welcomed and treated acoordingly.

Like the others before me I don't usually leave feedback but really felt the need to after I visited this so called spa. I brought the 75mins luxury facial however, luxury it was not! Upon arriving I was shown into the first treatment room, the therapist did not ask me to move my top or bra straps down which i found very odd and then started off by rubbing some cream into my face with freezing cold hands and no massage. I then spent an age under the steamer and whilst there for the first 10-15mins was disturbed by other staff members walking into the room. The therapist then squeezed some spots, rubbed a bit more cream in then put a mask on and left me for another 10or so mins. The room was cold. As she was taking the mask off she said in a very abrupt tone "you could do with some of our microdermabrasion treatments have you had them before?!" I replied I had not and that was the end of any conversation. Just before the end a blaring noise of music from the hair salon in the front of the shop came on, how un relaxing could you get i wondered! She then put some more cream on my face and said we were finished. I looked at the clock noticing I had only been in there for 45mins.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. The service I received was THE MOST unprofessional I have ever experienced. The actual treatment i received could hardly be described as a facial, let alone a luxury one at that! The false advertisement of "luxury", "75mins worth of treatments" is a con despite being so cheap. The therapist I had was unfriendly and didn't seem so have a clue of what she was doing, it was all done in a begrudging manner and they didn't even say goodbye!
Shame on you "Neda Spa", I will never frequent your establishment again, nor would I recommend anyone else to.

The owners who work here are scam artists. they once put out an advertisement for a part-time sales assistant with no necessary experience needed that i replied to. When I went for an interview They didn't do any background check neither did they ask me whether or not I was legally allowed to work in the UK. But they told me to start working straight away. Apart from that they said that they would pay me unless i worked there for a month full-time. I was required to work there for 8 hours a day with no pay, travel or food allowance and NO BREAK what-so-ever. they even told me another member of the staff worked with them for a month before she started getting payed. I asked her what her experience was like and she told me it was actually her first day on the job. That they also told her she needed to be trained on their equipment for A MONTH before they paid her, then i knew they just lied to me in order for me to trust them. In addition to that they refused to tell us what rate we were going to be payed if we got picked up as permanent workers. They made sure we didn't sign any legal documents in order to cover their tracks because they knew what they were doing was illegal. But one thing i could tell you about their services, is that it
1. the lipo massage doesn't work
2. skin rejuvenation doesn't work at all
3. Any of their facial and skin treatments do not work at all, and will probably do damage to your skin eventually
4. They are never fully booked, whenever they are keeping a customer waiting, it probably because one of the permanent staff are using the equipment for their own recreational use.
5. It's a family owned business and they are all liars.
6. Whenever they call another member of staff to consult it's generally because they don't know what they are doing and they want another member to lie and fool the customer
I just hope one day the police will catch on to what they are doing and they will be brought to justice or at least the shop will be closed down and there license will be removed.
Eventually I passed the shop a year later and realized that the other girl who also responded to the ad wasn't working there anymore because the fired her after making her work full-time for 1 month with no pay at all.

I came here about 3 years ago, but I have decided to write a review for it now for the following reasons;
I originally went in for IPL on my sideburns , however after talking to staff they persuaded me that it was a good deal to get the full face done, and it would be worth while and a cheaper package. As this was my first laser experience I was very naive and agreed. I never had hair on my lower chin/neck area but they said even the fine hairs would become finer. There were many times that the staff would shave that area but the IPL would not be administrated there, so in effect they were just shaving my chin. I even got my face burnt 2 times, and had to go into work with blisters on my chin, but at that time I was told this was the norm. Ever since I made the mistake of going to Neda I have had chin hair. They were very rude when I told them about this and refused to accept any of their mistakes. I have since started going to HENA salons, and it only now , after making the comparison, I realised how unfairly I was treated at Neda. There is a HENA salons on the same high street as Neda, I would urge people to go there, the quality and professionalism is to a much higher standard, and my chin hair has definitely decreased, as they use a better laser, and they treat their clients with respect! I have had to put up with embarrassing chin hair , which made my life difficult, all thanks to incompetence at Neda Spa.
