I booked an appointment through Groupon, wasn't easy to get an appointment, but I have really decent massage, people very helpful, considerate, for sure will go back

Cannot express how rude the owner is. So rude its surprising she still is in business. I called to book an appointment for my wife explaining i bought her a voucher and would like to book a Sat. She said which one i asked which one is free she then said what time. So i explained i dont mind when but what Saturdays are free. She said i should go talk to my wife find out what days, dates and times then call back. Good bye bang! I could never get an answer when i called in the end got through booked it and then needed to change we gave loads of notice. She is so rude next time you need to pay £15 ok. Anyway we re-booked got a call from her 6pm the night before saying she cannot do it at the time we agreed she has 2 other slots. We explained that we would need to re-arrange child support she said well take it or leave it she cannot help things happen. SO rude every time like she is doing you a favour. When we arrive the doors are locked no on taking calls as always. had to knock for about twenty mins before they answered and let me in. The massage to be fair was very good but i needed to pay another £10 on top of the voucher the masseur who was very nice and polite. Explained that they lock the door when with a customer and thats why i had to wait outside. Very strange way to run a business
I am really disappointed I didn't read these reviews before I bought my massage as they could have prevented the awful experience I have had. I had an appointment booked for earlier this week and e-mailed and text that morning to let them know I wouldn’t be able to make it because of a family bereavement meaning I had to take a last minute flight for a relative's funeral. Having heard nothing back, I called upon my return to re-arrange, explaining again that I'd had to catch a last minute flight due to a death in the family. The woman I spoke to was the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of having to converse with. When she told me (in an extremely blunt manner) that it would be a £15 charge to re-arrange because I hadn't given 48 hours notice, I explained again that I unfortunately could not have given that notice given the circumstances, to which she replied ‘things happen in life’. I have never been so disgusted in all my life. I understand a 48 hour cancellation policy, but to speak to anyone like that, let alone someone who has just told you they’ve lost a loved one, is absolutely despicable – I have never known an attitude like it. I can only hope for the sake of others that this place is removed from all voucher websites in the future so nobody else has to experience the callous nature of ‘Nature’s Way’.
