My boyfriend and I booked a massage at this spa in the hope of a relaxing afternoon but immediatly after arriving it was clear in both our minds that the experiance was not going to be of good standards due to the low quality building and the rudeness of the staff. As soon as i arrived i was greeted by rude intimidating staff and the men who were to give us our massages looked as if they had been picked off the streets at random and looked asif they hadn't washed which was off putting since this was meant to be a health spa. I was demanded to enter a room on my own where i felt vunerable and very uncomfortable, the room also smelt horrific. The poor quality spa and the unpleasent attitude made the two of us feel to let down and extremley uncomfortable which led us to leaving without recieiving treatments which we had previously payed for. I would deffinalty never return or recommend this spa to anyone, it has been falsey advertised by Wowcher and on its own behalf.

Very dissapointed.

Went here for a massage on a groupon voucher, the salon is very basic and the receptionist is not very friendly but the massage itself was amazing - so much so that i think i'll pay full price for another one at a later date! The masseuse even added some hot stone therapy with no extra charge!

Please save your money and go somewhere else. Non existent ambiance. Place is really small and stank of BO. Massage was not relaxing at all as the masseuse kept talking for the whole hour about absolutely rubbish. Worst of all, I was left with bruise mark on my back. Oh. And very rude customer service. Don't believe me? Give them a try and you too will be back here to leave a negative feedback. You've been warned.

The ear candling was relaxing. The experience overall felt transactional. It was as if I were a bank customer who needed some help and then was sent on my way. Nice therapist, but would not recommend for the ambiance overall.

The therapist Lili must be really experienced. I went there because I was just recovering from a cold and also had a sore back. After the acupuncture (even before we moved on to cupping) I already felt my tight spot on mid/lower back soften. I'd recommend to call ahead to confirm your appointment though, as the front desk may be confused whether you're confirmed or not, which happened in my case.

2nd time out of 2 I have arrived and my appointment has been messed up. The first time they gave me the wrong type of massage which I specified twice over the phone, once I arrived, the only therapist available could only give a swedish massage, not what I wanted or booked.

The 2nd time was even worse, I arrived and they said they had double booked me! They blamed it on Wahanda...And couldn't help me for another 2 hours....

Use your head, don't go here even if they are cheap, time is money and they will just waste your time like no other.

Didn't start well with me turning up for a 12 o'clock appointment and them claiming that it had been booked at 11. They also claimed that they had been trying to call me for the last hour but it then transpired they had the wrong number. It would help if they confirmed bookings via email/text but I was told this was not their policy. They wanted an extra £10 to treat me which I managed to negotiate to £5. So far not awful but it was pretty poor customer service.
Anyway the therapist didn't even look up from her phone when I was shown through - just a terse 'over there please'. The first half hour was spent with her sitting down smearing oil over my back with no real care or process. When she did eventually bother to stand up she would occasionally lean on the bed with one arm while rubbing the other one over me. Some parts of me were smothered in oil, some parts dry and sore from the continued rubbing with no oil barely at all. She would also occasionally just hop from my back to arm with no rhyme nor reason at all - there was zero care or attention, or even interest. Perhaps the funniest moment was when she went to crack my fingers, and just kind of pulled my hand all at once in a lacklustre fashion. The whole thing also mercifully only lasted 45 minutes for an hour long appointment too.
I could go and on about this in more detail but suffice to say this was the worst 'massage' experience I have ever had, and I've had plenty of treatments in my time. I wish I'd checked the reviews on here before going. This is I'm afraid as bad as it gets - avoid like the plague.

After arriving 10 minutes early for a full body massage I was seen about 10 minutes past the hour. I was asked as soon as I got in the massage room itself if I want to pay an extra £6.00 for a sports massage, I said no and clearly the masseuse was annoyed by this. She said a relaxation massage will be pointless (despite the fact that the voucher I had brought from KGB had the option of having a relaxation massage). She continued to keep trying to upsell and when she realised I wasn't going to pay any more money became increasingly more pissed off. She gave a half hearted massage with no effort, yawning throughout and making it clear that if I wasn't going to pay anymore money she wasn't going to make any effort! When she asked me to turn over to massage my front she more or less threw the towel on me. The whole hour was basically her rubbing oil on my skin with no effort whatsoever. When I left I made a complaint to the manager and then was stopped by another customer outside who had overheard me complaining and said that she too hadn't had the best experience either. The manger did call me back to apologise, which I appreciated, but unfortunately the damage had already been done. Ive been going for massages via KGB for 3 years and this was the WORST by far. STAY AWAY from this venue!

I totally agree with this comment same happen with me. I was asked pay 6 .00£ for deep tissue massage and i refused. Half of my massage was on my shoulders because she was seating all the time and she can't reach my lower back. She was standing when she was doing legs massage only but it was 15 min only.
That was my worst massage ever. Never ever will go there anymore. Better pay a bit more money and have proper massage.

I have just had a similar experience. When I didn't want to spend an extra £6 I was given the most lacklustre disinterested massage I've ever experienced. This place is awful. AVOID!

I was really impressed with this type of facial. The results really were instant lifting of the face muscles and the radionic machine gave a pleasant, warming face massage to boot. Great.

the place was not so clean as it ought to be and the staff was ok. For the manicure and the pedicure, as they were not express, the cuticle cutting was very poor as they didn't have the required tools. The facial included just 3 creams (with not such a nice smell) and I didn't see a difference in my face in terms of cleaning. I believe that there are better places with same offers that can provide for better results.

I should have read reviews before I purchased a voucher from Time Out for this place. It was horrible. I was never one for massages but after a series of back problems due to a horrible mattress I booked this place because there was a voucher deal. Even with the deal I would never step foot in this place again. I went in to redeem my voucher and was told there were no availability for 3 weeks - fine, happy to wait. Once I arrived the receptionist (owner?) was cold and had a CBF-attitude (I know her type, I'm Chinese too). Then I was greeted by a man who turned out to be my masseur. He was sweaty, dressed nothing like he is a professional masseur or one who works at a professional place, hair was not clean and once the massage had started, I could smell is BO. The cheap oil that was used (the bottle is a fake, it was not Molton Brown oil) created spots on my left thigh that last for weeks - I was afraid they'd leave scars. I got talking to the masseur and he was a truck driver. No problem with that but not sure if he was qualified (to carry out massages). Afterwards, my back didn't feel much different.

I won't be going back, and certainly don't recommend this place. If you want service, go to Thai Massage Therapy instead, the girls there are lovely and actually do a good job.

I went to Natures Way as I had a voucher for a radio frequency facial, and the facial was excellent. My skin was glowing, and felt tight and rejuvenated. The beautician was very good at giving me this treatment. I decided to go back again for the next 4 weeks in a row for a course of radio frequency facials. Now I am going to go back regularly every month for these fabulous facials as my skin looks so good and round my jawline and eyes feels and looks so much more youthful. It was a wonderful experience and now I will be a regular customer and I would recommend this beauty salon to other people. They do many other treatments as well.

They made my back problem disappear almost totally, i've had this problem for over a year and no doctors/painkiller could do anything with it. Excellent value if you're a new client, then it becomes a bit more expensive but still worth it i'd say

I really would not recommend this place and won't be going back. I had a voucher for Radio frequency treatment. After trying to ring several times to book my appointments. I finally got through to a not very friendly person. When I arrived I was 'greeted' by another unfriendly person, who then walked off. My therapist was also not the warmest person. She was quite rough with the treatment even around my eyelids and I got a painful shock around my eye which I told her about and then another. No apology. She wanted me to get up straight away afterwards instead of in my own time to look in the mirror. I was not offered any water as I always have at the end of a treatments at other places. She then disappeared to answer the phone. A definate lack of professionalism and care for the Client. I do not even know her name. There were no other clients which now does not surprise me. The salon reception was very dowdy with letters peeling off the window. The treatment did not work at all. It simply felt that they didn't want to be there. There were actually other issues but I simply don't have the time to list them all.

Good facial overall but nothing special and wouldn't necessarily rush back to the place. However very convenient opening hours for those with a busy schedule and lovely staff and Great deep cleansing mask.
