I'm not even going to bother with this place after reading all the negative reviews. I bought a Timeout voucher but I'm happy to lose out on my £19 and save myself the time. There are just way too many comments about the unclean state of the salon and the bad customer service and absolutely no communications from Nature's Way in regards to these.
I enjoyed can my massage and therapist who was very attentive. Will be coming back soon to have another massage.
i bought a wowcher for a full body massage so i called them the lady that answered me was so rude the way she was talking to me when i was giving her my information was very rude so i was uncomfortable and its the first time i am trying a massage i was very uncomfortable i forgot to request for a woman staff when i went there one staff (a woman) saw me covered head (i am a muslim) she gave me a face of what are you doing here, this place is not for you she did not even smile to me i talked to her said that i have an appointment she said yes but you need a woman staff and we dont have a woman staff available here i said ok then can i book an other appointment she said not that i should contact the website from where i bought the wowcher and ask for a refund .i felt so bad and i paid 5pounds of transport to go to that place and comeback from there.
Very friendly staff which was very welcoming. Very clean and relaxed atmosphere. I had the hot stone massage for an hour and enjoyed every minute of it. This was my second time there and there will definitely be a third time. Highly recommended.
I telephoned this week to arrange an appointment for a 1 hour full body massage at Nature's Way. ( I obtained it through Wowcher) While I was talking to a young lady on the phone she was having a conversation with another person at the same time which thoroughly confused me. When I asked her if she was talking to someone else I didn't receive a response to my question. But I heard her say to the other person 'are you going to lunch'. After arranging the appointment I forgot to request the complete address so I phoned again twice within the space of 10 minutes. No one answered and eventually and answering machine kicked in and said there was no message facility. Not a very productive way to run a business. I Googled the business and found the customer reviews. Most seemed negative and I could
identify with some opinions concerning the young lady who answered the phone. The next day during a free moment I phoned this business again and again no one answered and a recorded message said I could not leave a message. I finally got through to someone later and asked to change my appointment to another day. I was told I am able to change one appointment free of charge but any subsequent changes would be chargeable. After absorbing the reviews and the responses or lack of to my telephone enquiries I telephoned today to cancel the appointment. I was informed I had already made one alteration, I retorted, I want to cancel, and the young lady on the other end of the phone said ooh, ok. A caring business would have asked for feedback. I live 150 miles outside London and I didn't want my trip to London marred by an unpleasant experience. I am a middle age lady and I love my skin so I was afraid of having it marred with bruises or chemical filled oils. I would rather lose out on the money I paid through wowcher.
