I went to Debenhams on Oxford Street to have an express manicure. I had a really lovely lady who did my nails. She was friendly and recommended a treatment pack as my nails are very dry. I tried the new leather polish which I ended up buying. The nail bar was clean, tidy and peaceful. I am planning to come back with my Mum for a girls day out.

I went to Debenhams at the Nails Inc nail bar for a manicure. I booked an appointment online (for 7h15pm) and I got a 10% discount , I ended paying something like 25 GBP. The manicure itself was OK but quite speedy, maximum 15 min. Once finished, the therapist just disappeared obviously eager to finish with her long day... I was left alone at the table with no advice as to how long I should wait for my nails to dry. The therapist was obviously not bothered, overall it was not a great experience and it was pricey even with the 10% discount. I won't come back there definitely. The customer service was poor to my standards,
Thanks for reading,.

Do not buy the Three Week Manicure. It discolours within 4 days.
They pretend it's like bio-sculpture gel nails, but they use a very inferior product that doesn't last.
I have reported them to the Trading Standards Authority for misdescription of a product. The staff blamed it on all sorts of things like reading the papers, but I don't even read the papers. If you want gel nails that last and cost £2 less, contact bio-sculpture for your nearest technician.
