I had a leg wax which took over almost an hour and a half despite saying it would be 15 minutes. I was left with very patchy legs with a lot of hair left on them. Wax was also dripped all over the carpet which the beautician did not tell me about at the time and I found later on. Overall it was a disappointing service but a very friendly beautician.

Being able to get my nails done to this quality all whilst being in the comfort of my own home amazes me! Therapist was wonderful and customer service was incredible, she was even willing to start my manicure all over if I didn't like the colour.
