I doubt I shall buy another voucher as I feel you are treated like a second class customer.
My pedicure was not a full pedicure as I know it, so I paid another £10 to have this.
My feet are still much the same as when i went in, could have done it at home.
The most disappointing is the application of polish, 2 nails are particularly terrible.
I had to go back to the the Nail Girls shop to ask for the 'free' nail varnish which was part of the deal, I was told I was not allowed to have the colour which matched my nails {then I could have at least repainted the poor nails} I had to have one from a very limited choice - non of which I liked, Apparently WAHANDA specified colours that you could have, what a drab selection, seems to me like they were getting rid of unpopular colours, this should have been specified in original deal offer.
I had hoped I could have painted my finger nails to match toes for a wedding I am going to tomorrow.
If the girls had told me when choosing a varnish before treatment started I may have chosen one of the limited range so I could touch up and do fingers over next few weeks.

Sad to say I will not be using Nail girls or recommending them and my sister just tells me she equally had a disappointing experience.
So we are all losers.

I was so dissapointed. The technicians were all chatting while working to eachother and other clients. It was very impersonal. The lady who did my pedicure was also telling me about a client who was filthy that shed done the day before.
The ladys were very quick and seemed rushed.I had mentioned that i had read bad reviews and they told me they didnt know why-well i now do.!!!
Im suprised they are so busy, alot of people are walk in.
The price is expensive for the treatment you recieve

Great! we had the offer featured a while ago on wahanda, and had to wait a while for an appointment which could accommodate 4 of us all together, but it was worth the wait.
The salon is bright, clean and functional, a half hour treatment which was eiether a mani, or pedi, hot towel experience which was relaxing, and the polish is very good.
the owner is very friendly and knowledgeable, we would all go back again.

Great place, fab treatment - would definitely go again.
Service was really friendly and profesional.
Really good selection of colours and cool location.
I went with a friend and it was a very good outing and we were both pleased - i had a manicure and she had a pedicure.

I went to Nail Girls to have a pedicure a while ago. Staff was ok but was trying to sell the full pedicure as apparently with the voucher I was only entitled to half the lenght of the treatment. Also, the nail polish I was given for free was from a very limited selection of colours. Beside that, they did a good job.

The place is nice and the staff is very friendly. I was however disappoiinted about one thing: my voucher was for a pedicure and 1 free bottle of nail colour. But when I arrived at the shop they told me I could only choose among 5 colours and they were all terrible: they were clearly the colours nobody wanted!!

Good choice of colours. Varnish stayed on, no chipping, for a good 4 weeks. They were very busy the Saturday I went so I had to wait around quite a lot, consequently I was an hour later leaving than I should have been. The girl who started my pedicure was stressed by running late and was juggling me and another client. It ended up with another girl having to finish off the polish so it was a little erratic as service goes. Having said that I would return and give them another go.

Great service, in a buzzing salon. Offer was great value for money and the therapist offered helpful advice as well as doing a great job. Only issue was the nail polish chipped earlier that i would have expected

I WAS a little late, but the therapist greeted me cordially and gave me the full treatment, which was great as she could have said not enough time. The salon is in a great location, just off upper street, but is small and a little cramped. I was a tad disappointed that the pedicure spa wasn't plugged in, so just got a quite ordinary scrub. However, my feet were given a good clean and massage, and the paint job, two weeks on, is still bright red and intact.
Will definitely go again, and recommend to anyone who appreciates a good mani or pedi.

I got the £18 pedicure with a free nailpolish to take home. The colour is great and I will definately be wearing it often! The therapist was good, she knew her stuff but the pedicure itself did not last very long. I can only assume that this was because it was on the deal and that if you paid full price for a pedicure (£45) it would last longer and include more than just a cuticle trim, file and buffing of hard skin. The location is great and easy to get to so I think I will go back for a full price treatment and depending on how that went I may make it my regular salon as if you purchase 3 treatments you get the 4th free.

I went on the basis of the advertised 'drying lounge', 'spa garden' and 'complementary glass of fizz, green tea of fruit-infused spring water and a shoulder massage', thinking that it would be a bit more luxurious than your average in and out nail bar. However it was quite the same as an average nail bar as none of the above materialised, and far busier given that it was the weekend and they had been running some online promotions.

The treatments themselves (I went for the signature mani and signature pedi) were good, and the quality of the nail treatment was good. Not sure the full signature treatment was worth the price, and would probably have been fine with just the (far cheaper) mini-treatment instead.

On the particular day I went they were very busy and my treatment began 30 minutes late, and then the therapist was sometimes called off elsewhere during the treatment itself. While waiting at the beginning and also at the end for my nails to dry, there was only a small sofa to wait on with others, and so the 'drying lounge' and 'spa garden' were not on offer- not sure why. The shoulder massage that I was supposed to get with the combination signature mani/pedi was also not offered to me, and I was reluctant to ask why- they clearly had my booking down correctly but it wasn't offered.

I would probably go again because it is convenient for me, and the varnishes they use are of good quality. Unlikely to get such an expensive treatment again though, will only go as a means to an end for the basic mani/pedi.

I went for a pedicure on a lovely sunny afternoon, chose a bright and beautiful nail colour for my feet- coral and sat back to enjoy a soak in warm water, a foot massage and a very well applied nail colour! i got a free nail varnish and asked for a vibrant pink-pink number 08, it is fab!!! I am very happy with this cute pink salon and will defo recommend it to my friends!

No real plus points or minus points. The manicurist was pleasant, although not particularly chatty (though the one next to her was), and she didn't use the polish I'd selected. I didn't complain, however, because I liked the color she'd accidentally picked up instead (they were very similar). The "Drying Lounge" seemed to be in use as an office and none of the clients went in there leaving it a bit cramped. For a quick and friendly manicure, it does the trick, and the polish lasts a long time.

I couldn't get through on the phone to them for weeks, when I eventually did get through they managed to squeeze me in for an appointment in the coming few weeks.

A week before my appointment I tried calling over 10 times each day and left several messages and emails to try and confirm the time I was scheduled in for and no one returned my calls or emails.

On arrival the staff were very young and gossiping and I didnt feel relaxed and like I was treating myself - the girl who did my toes was new that day and the pedicure was amature to say the least - so much so that the other girl in charge at the time had to take my polish off and re-do it after I had sat for over 35 mins waiting for my last set to dry.

They were argueing with another customer at the time of my appointment and there was a very awkward feel in the salon.

I left feeling very un- relaxed - very unhappy with my toes and to top off the experience they didn't give me a nail varnish which was included in my package!

All in all I will NEVER go back and I would never recommend this place.

Not a very good pedicure. Didnt think that attention was paid to cuticles or hard skin on soles of feet.
The application of the nail polish was not very good and it has already chipped.

Strange set up of having the bowl under the table and when your foot was lifted you could not see what the therapist was doing.

I did not think this was good value.

I have had better pedicures.

The therapist was very friendly and it's a nice little place, but I was disappointed with the manicure. It was a quick job and started to chip the next day. The deal also included a bottle of nail polish, but I was only offered a choice of either black or bubble gum pink; they should have said that colour choice would be limited.

My therapist was in a rush...she wanted to take her break so she rushed the whole thing..other than that, the service was fine-a bit far from the tube station..but other than that, it was fine

Do not use.

They're now only doing home call out (which is £10 on top of their normal prices - which are horrifically expensive anyway).

I used a voucher when they still had a spa, and though it was clean and the girl who did my nails was friendly enough, I found the whole experience awkward, and was definitely glad I'd used a voucher as the quality is in no way worth the amount that they charge. Additionally, I found the managers to be very rude.

I definitely recommend finding another place for your mani/pedi needs - it'll be cheaper and better quality.

Do not use. I had a voucher and this time they told me they are only doing home care. They Could not make the time they had agreed and refused to come the following week. So warning, do not use!
